Organized a club executive suite, with city views across HK.
Very polite staff, with Manager Carrie extremely attentive to our needs.
Room was small, even though it is an upgraded club suite.
Complimentary Shuttle bus goes thru a few other Regal hotels, so be mindful of your departure times.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Din Tai Fung, taiwanese chain with great food is just downstairs!

i had stayed for two days at this hotel. the room is large and very clean. this hotel is very near mtr. just walk around 10 mins from mtr. on the ground floor has din tai fong. it's a tim sum restaurant. teast is very good.

The attention to deatil and quality of food in Zeffirino restaurant for breakfast was fantastic.

from the moment i checked in until the moment i checked out the staff in the executive club, provided outstanding service. all requests and or requirements where meet very quickly. suggestions around transport and shopping helped a great deal. the evening cocktail in the executive club was a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to meet new friends. attended to any needs that any of the customers may have required. overall a great hotel, the best i have stayed in during the many trips to hong kong. i'm looking forward to my next stay in the regal hong kong

CHeap rates = old rooms (not renovated)

the rates were cheap for hk as the hotel is going through renovation. humidity level in the room was quite high and i could not get rid of the smell from my clothes after 2 days. hotel was clearly aware of the rates i had paid and tried to rip me off selling me their breakfast + room upgrade for a night. good thing i asked as i assumed it was for the 3 nights and was about to upgrade when the reception staff mentioned it was a daily upgrade price... for a breakfast buffet is too steep for me, i am sorry... nice try though...

the hotel is neat and clean, and have a very famous timsum place and cafe in the 1st floor. there are lots of restaurants and shopping areas are near by. if you walk about 7 - 10 minutes, you can also visit time square.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walk distance from hotel to Time Square (Causeway Bay MRT station).

As we stayed in the executive floor, the services is good. We like the location as it is convenient for shopping.
The foods in the hotel is okay. Staff are nice.
The only comments is the living room area is a bit small as compared with other hotel's executive room.
Overall comments is above average and is worthwhile recommending.
Shopping Tip:
Convenient location for shopping and is easy to get back to hotel for a rest before the second round shopping !
