it's good to stay
but when we want to take the free shuttle bus to the hongkong central, to take the airport express, the bus didn't come!!
it's mentioned that every 20 minutes the bus will come..
but we have waited more than 1 hour...
so we go by taxi..

but, the water drainage is bad, i mean, when you take a shower, the water empty so slow.
and no heater!!!
that is the main problem, i cannot set the room temperature.
the air conditioning is controlled from the central.

lots of restaurants nearby. very easy to get to on foot after exiting metro station. clean. spacious room. quiet. good sound barrier. very good location. only downside is no free wired/wireless internet.
staff were super busy we waited 3-hrs before our extra bed and sheets were delivered. otherwise there were no problems throughout our stay.
would stay there again. the price we got on agoda was a bargain compared to the quotes people were getting in person, almost 50% less compared to the prices hotel were giving people. would stay there again though i would attempt to find a hotel with free internet or cost less if hotel does charge.
food/dining got a 3 only because we didn't try any of the restaurants.

great location!! parts of thesquare in front of hotel becomes outdoor dining area at night. friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds and the nearby bus will take you to all areas cheaply and comfortably. i will gladly recommend this hotel.however, do not take the hotel shuttle from the airport. it takes a long time and goes by a few other hotels first. take the subway. it's really quick (21 min) and then there is a shuttle bus that comes by the subway stop every 15-20 mins to go to various hotels (about another 20 min).

We stayed for 2 nights. The decoration was very nicely done but you can't sit while waiting for the check-in.
The thing I was most dissatisfied was that they charge for wiki which is unreasonable. Even if you go to the business centre they charge around HK6 per minute. Shld have provided it for free.

I stayed there for 2 nights and got promotion for upgrading to executive room. It was very nice to look around Hong Kong at 33rd floor, room service was fast and food was excellent.
