My stay was not pleasant
Easily located ( two entrance ), near shopping areas, near to MTR
5.3
The service was not good. Long queue at the check in, very small rom for a family deluxe. It looks like a superior room with an extra bed. Do not ever take that room. It is not worth it. I stay for a night and move into other hotel which were more worth it even though I book for two night. The service was horrible, After check in (at about 15.00) should wait about 1 hour for the room to be prepared and another hour for the extra bed to come. Very old room, does not smell nice.

Room with a view
Nice and spacious ! Taxi or shuttle to HK station- the best, rain or shine!

Except for the long wait at check in, the room was really a treat! Been here regularly, tried others, value for money, worth it! Loyal guests like us, can you give us free Internet? Thank you!

Big dissappoinment
Location, locaion, and location
5
Dissappoinment. Hooking customer with reasonable price and then charge all back with breakfast and expensive extra bed. By travelling 3 years in asia, this was maybe worst of our experience. I would not recommend this to anyone

Very courteous and helpful hotel staff
They lent us a wheelchair for my 85-yr old Mom for 5 days for free. Hotel staff were o easy to speak with and always ready to offer assistance. Wifi was available but I wish it were free
8.7
It was a very pleasant stay - a good place to rest after shopping the whole day. Because the hotel was in the heart of Causeway Bay, those of us who still wanted to spend the evening doing more shopping could do so while the others rested in the hotel.
A suggestion to Agoda - maybe you can give the option of including free airport to hotel transfers & vice versa.

Superb Shopping Spree
friendly (and English speaking) staff, clean room, near shopping malls
8.3
All of the receptionist were good in speaking in English therefore, we didn't have any problem on communicating what we want. The location of this hotel is extremely close to different malls, you just have to walk for 3 minutes.
We had a problem on our shower drainage but it was addressed very quickly, without any hassle. However, going to Hong Kong challenges me to speak a little in Mandarin because not all people there understand English, especially when you're bargaining in streets. :)

Above average hotel with a good location
Good location, attentive hotel staff
7.3
Pros
- Location of the hotel is good. MTR subway is 5-10 mins walk away. Ding Tai Feng restaurant is just next door.
- The hotel staffs are attentive and willing to help when approached.
- Emailed hotel to enquire about belongings left behind and they promptly responded. The items are on the way back at this moment.
Cons
- Only 15min of free wifi available per day.
- Requested for a non-smoking room and was asked to wait 30 mins.(Drink vouchers were offered to us which was a nice gesture). However, the rooms given still have traits of cigarette smell.
- Would have given it a 5 stars if hotel staff had called the hotel reception to checked whether I have left the hotel. My belongings could have been passed to me since our luggage was still with the lobby staff while we went out for breakfast.
