A convenient hotel at reasonable price

the stay was quite comfortable, though the room was small - as i was travelling alone. the internet was free. the location is quite central and one could always walk to wanchai mtr station for getting around hk easily. however, the 'continental' breakfast was not what i expected - it was a small lounge with self-service with only some bread and cereals. it was quite crowded always unless you are in really early. however, the lounge service extends to late evening (coffee facility). at the same time, there are convenient eateries nearby as well as many shops for economical buys.
Nightlife Tip:
Just walk across to Lockhart road and proceed west - there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs. You could either get out around 7pm for dinner, or even closer to midnight, the nightlife can extend really late into the early mornings.

rooms are small as many have mentioned, but did not really bother us as we have stayed in smaller hotel rooms before. rest assured the rooms are new and clean and that really matters more. breakfast is quite simple, but sufficient. we went down for some coffee and croissant every morning before heading out to try all the nice local specialties that are just around the corner. less than 5 minutes walk to wan chai, thus very convenient.

got upgrade room and the upgraded room is spacious. the wi-fi is free and fast

with a comfort stay at hotel. good wifi service and the equipment and furniture were tidy and clean. Easily find in WC and near MTC. The breakfast with fruit and cake. Coffee is good.

Very disappointing. great location but nothig else. rooms not that clean. no porter service so struggled with cases. no room service. no business centre. nothing. will never go back. extremely overpriced and no value for money at all.

Greeted by very friendly staff. We booked a standard room and were instantly offered upgrade for more money. About Aus for the stay. We went to check out both rooms. Went for the upgrade.
location was great. Housekeeping a bit average. No dining or eating areas. Cereal, tea coffee were offered in a room on level 5.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a small cafe across the road that makes and serves the best dim sims and dumplings.
My husband took me for my birthday. $7.00 Aus for us both.... Big spender.
