Great hotel and service with a smile

Great, clean hotel with helpful staff. Good location for Hong Kong Island business with easy to get across the harbour with subway or ferry (preferred - no queue, cheaper, nice view). Night Life location is close.
Nightlife Tip:
night life strip is only couple of streets away

good customer service but wifi low signal.

it was in the good location. room was like dorm but it was right size and price for people who did lot of sight seeing outside the hotel. bathroom and the waterfall shower made up for the small space. it was worth the money for the hotel room. i enjoyed it. however, i was not able to get wifi signals. good selection of tv programs.

We enjoyed the stay with the spacious room and convenient location. However, we would like to comment on the thorough cleanliness of the hotel that needs a bit improvement and also would be nice to have a electrical socket (for hair straightening or other device) at the toilet as i find it hard to use it in front of the TV and with the facing the side mirror instead.
But apart from that, it was a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.
Shopping Tip:
It is within walking distance to one of the busiest shopping area in HK island, Causeway Bay. Not only good for shopping but also food. What's more it's just blocks away from the Bar Street at Wanchai.

tram, metro, bus, tax, easy to go around. small and crowded lobby at noon for check out so leave earlier or a bit late. Rooms are nice an open style. Easy to go around. Great bar, restaurant and lounge next door (Hennessy Bldg) in upper floors. Amazing terrace bar on 31st floor. Breakfast is basic but efficient for westerners. Open for free coffee any time of the day.

No frills stay for business travelers

It's a decent hotel with a functional lobby space for check in/out. Rooms are quiet even though it's located next to a relatively busy road. Don't expect any fanfare for the breakfast. Croissants, corn flakes, juice and coffee are provided in a tiny room that probably can host no more than 16 people at any time. There's 24hr cafe located across the road for those hungry souls in the middle of the night. It's located between Causeway and Wan Chai MTR. Within 10 min walks from Wan Chai. Wifi is available in the building but had some trouble getting connected.

the hotel is clean and the price considerably affordable.
usually hotel room in hong kong is small and not convenient enough if you bring family together.
but, i found the room in this hotel is spacious even for 3 people.
the room has living room with big lcd screen, so your family can enjoy watching different channel according to they want.
free wifi absolutely helpful,especially when you need information about what you can don in hong kong.
