Convenient good value modern hotel

I was upgraded to a ibusiness room which is very roomy and has a separate pantry area with microwave oven, mini-fridge, electrical pot and a small wash basin. Good location (5 min to Wanchai subway station, 10 min walk to Times Square Causeway Bay, tram station across the hotel, lot of bus stops nearby ),free wifi access(though not always stable),sufficient lightings, heater and the high ceiling are things that I really like about the hotel.
I would say the room was overall clean but housekeeping wasn't very attentive. I found a half - eaten sausage left by the previous occupant in the fridge upon check-in, one of the mugs was left on the shelf filled with water for unknown reason, there was water leakage in the bathroom which left the floor wet but this hadn't caught the attention of housekeeping even if I had placed a bath towel flat on the floor to absorb the water everyday. Also the electric socket wasn't working at the pantry area, but no one seemed to notice the lightless display panel on the oven. Even though the buffet breakfast is rather modest, I do like the fact they have paper cup with cap and sandwich bag which you can grab a coffee or tea and a little something to go.
Hotel Feature Tip:
1. There is no bellboy service.
2. If you need to print something from your laptop, you have to email the files to reception for them to print out as their in house computers are USB blocked. One might have privcy concern but the service is free for reasonable amount of printing.
3.The hotel shares the same lifts with a senior centre which is located on the 2nd/3rd floor of the building.

the best thing of this hotel is the location. it's so close to shops and restaurants as it's in the centre of wanchai. also, it's close to mtr and buses station. perfect for travelers. besides, the room is very tidy, spacious and comfortable. the white colour theme gives a very modern feeling of the room. as whole, i had a great experience during my stay!

Hotel was very well located, in the heart of HK Island, easy to get to everywhere by Subway or Tram. Room size is big for Hong Kong standard, although I found the stone floor gave me a bit of cold feeling, prefer carpet for the bedroom. Free internet was great, the WiFi work on my iPad with no problem at all. Bathroom was nice appointed with latest RainShower style, but no bathtub. The Breakfast was a joke, only provided cold bread with butter or jam, and the coffee machine was broken. The service staff has no idea how to handle this sudden situation. (However, the room price was cheap enough even for room only, I rather preferred they said no breakfast, as it was such a tease.) Front Office staff need to be trained up, no much greeting provided to the hotel guests. Some was ok and some was not, it indicated training was not enough. The early morning staff @ 7am was sleepy, and don't know how to mail a letter for me, so I have to do it myself at the airport. Housekeeping did a good job at cleaning my room, which I do appreciated. Overall, it is good choice for the money I spent, pity it could be easy to achieve the WOW factor with a little bit of attentions and staff trainings. No Greeting made me felt un-welcomed.

Hotel is not very far from Wan Chai metro station. Continent style breakfast is included in room rate. Decoration is new and modern, but the lobby looks too small. Service of reception is pretty good.
Shopping Tip:
There is an electronic product mall named "Wan Chai computer mall" near the hotel.

Great place to live in considering nightlife is only two streets away. Hotel service was good, buffet breakfast was good every morning. I think its quirky how they give everyone "free upgrade".
