Lovely hotel, a bit costly

good location, with a number of eating places, however cannot find tim sum eating places. the counter staff are good except for one or two who need to smile more and be more helpful

nice room, good location. hmmm, they gave me a connecting room though I don't need that. Kids from next room always play with the door know though I know they can't open it but a little bit annoying...
bathroom amenities can improve a bit.
Overall Good!

we got there rather late in the evening at around 6-7pm, and there wasn't a queue for the check-in at all. so check-in time was very quickly processed.
the lobby looks decent, and the staff were friendly. however, there are only 2 old-styled elevators and the wait could sometimes be longer than expected.
the rooms are clean and quite spacious, considering it is in tsim sha tsui east, which is one of the busiest districts in hong kong. definitely value for money if you are looking for somewhere convenient to the city centre but still at a good price. the decor inside the room is definitely not 5-star, but it's a good place to stay at for accommodation only.

The Regal Hotel had a friendly atmosphere and staff. Hotel is located near the Victoria Habour. It was a romantic walk during the evenings. The view of Hong Kong Island at night with all it's lights and skyscrapers was a bouns.Also the hotel is walking distance to the busy shopping areas of Tsim Sha Tsiu but far enough to have a quiet night sleep.

everything was perfect. the location can't be better, and our room (regal club room) was nice. quality/price it's was the best deal in tsim sha tsui..

We were supposed to be 8 travelers booked in 3 rooms at the Regal Kowloon, but due to unavoidable circumstances,only 5 ofus would be able to come and visit Hong Kong. So there was no use of an extra room at the Hotel, since the other 3 were kids. We told the front desk about our plight, and she referred the matter to her supervisor, Karen. And we were given a big surprise, as they rewarded us with an upgrade to suite of 2 rooms. 2 enormous rooms were these and very neat too. It was a fine experience and a memrable stay at the Regal Kowloon Hotel at Tsim sha tsui.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the museums for free on Wednesdays only.

Shopping Tip:
Try walking down two streets towards Tsim Sha Zui, lots of shopping....

My nights was good at Regal, Kowloon hotel. My stay oveall was convenient. The hotel staff was helpful, I recommend to enhance the Internet provider, because the only that I was not satisfied toward.
