i can feel the hard spring of the bed of the room. i guess the bed is quite old and in the middle of the night, i have a painful backache. i called up the duty manager and he immediately offer me to change to another room.
Shopping Tip:
Near to Tsim Sha Tsui.

the room is clean but quite small

this hotel is a old hotel, but the room has been refurnished, therefore it is quite ok, but still the space is small! Excellent breakfast package! The location is excellent, you can easy to access the board walk along the bay area, and near the MRT exit also a lot of nice restaurant and shopping place around ! It is recommend to stay!

The Regal Kowloon is in a good location and at the time the room price was OK. The staff on check in, however, were particularly unhelpful (verging on rude). There is no internet available in the room (unless you pay an inflated charge). The ceilings are also very low which makes the room feel even smaller than it is. With the wide selection of hotels in Hong Kong it is worth trying somewhere else.

Great hotel with great service

We booked two deluxe rooms, they were quite spacious and well-located with good view. Checking in was easy since the staff helped us with the airport transfer and provided directions to be picked up at the airport. Helpful staffs are appreciated during our stay. The facilities are a bit old but still okay for us. Overall, this is a good place to stay when you don't have tight budget and looking to explore Kowloon area.

Great Location while also being quite

We were travelling with the kids for the first time, while the rooms were a bit small for a family, the hotel were great in helping arrange cots, extra beds, sheets, towels etc and were really family friendly.
The hotel is in a quite location in East Tsim Sha Tsui, but close enought to walk every where.
We were also lucky as we had a harbour view room.
I do recommedn this hotel.
