the hotel is located near the ferries and musuems in hk. it takes about a ten minute walk from the hotel to the musuems and ferries. there are many restaurants to choose from and metro stops are within a five minute walk. you are in the hk life but not on the busy side, which i prefer. the room and bathroom were very nice as was the fitness room.
Travel tip:
Tip: Don't buy the contiental breakfast as it is just fruit and toast. Go to the fitness room and they have free fruit to eat in the morning.

Near the city but far away from the crowd!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for our HK trip together. The hotel has great location because the MTR is just a 5minute walk away and that it is situated near the other prestigious hotels in TST. The concierge was great in giving directions to us, and housekeeping was also accomodating in giving the things that we asked for. There is a convenience store situated behind the hotel's building and there were also different restaurants. The price was cheap for the service and the room. We never expected that it would be really great.
It was a lovely experience to stay in Regal Kowloon Hotel and we'll definitely stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Grandville Road and Miramar Shopping Mall for great clothes and shoes.

Clean rooms with good service

Checking into the hotel is a breeze, although the room is not ready yet since we are early.
The hotel staffs are eager to assist us in the queries we have.
The cons of the hotel is the location. The location can be better. Although the hotel is quite near to the MTR station, it still takes around 10mins for us (2 adults) to walk to the station (w/o any baggage)
There is also no swimming pool at the hotel.
Overall, it is a value for money hotel. Its one of the cheapest 4* hotel you can find at Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Restaurant Tip:
The Star Restuarant at ShaTim is highly recommended

this hotel is located in tst 2 min walk from star avenue (waterfront promenade with amazing view on hk island)and is perfectly deserved by public transportation (mtr tst or east tst).the rooms are very clean with a small office space central air conditioning etc... if you book a regal club room internet is free and breakfast included however in normal rooms internet is charged day

Regal Kowloon Hotel is located at the very convenient to reach to any places in the travelling plan. I find many restaurants and dining shops just next to the hotel. The check-in process is very efficiently arranged by the officier at the front desk. The room size and the facilities in the room are as expected. When ask for recommending the hotel in Hong Kong at reasonable price, I always suggest Regal Kowloon Hotel and I find that my friends are really satisfied as I do. The hotel is at the location that is very conveniently to travel underground to every station. The shopping centers are not very far away for selection on one's style. That are some of the reasons I usually select Regal Kowloon Hotel as my choice when visiting Hong Kong.

from the moment we checked in our experience could not have been any better. we were upgraded to a suite (which of course did not hurt our high opinion of this hotel), but even without the upgrade, we would have still enjoyed our experience.

good location but pretty old hotel

the location is quite good, near to major shopping malls and subway station, convenient access to various restaurants. but it is a old hotel. the lifts are really slow. internet in room charges hkd150/day but unbelievablly slow and unstable...the worst paid internet access i have ever used! we were told upon arrival that our room has been upgraded to the executive floor but until the last day of our stay we found out that this is the smallest room on that floor...even smaller than the superior room we booked! never gonna choose this hotel again!
