Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Big roon but old facilities
6.7
The most remarkable thing is only fifteen minutes every 12 hours free wifi was provided in lobby. The second thing is only one piece of sliding door was installed so you can not fully enclose the bathtub when you was having shower. The elevators move in slow motion so you have to wait for quite a long time.

Comfortable Room but Long Queue at the Front Desk
Great Breakfast Menu and Well-trained Cleaning Workers
8.7
1. I satistfied with the service while I was staying in the hotel.
2. Breakfast is very good with a balancing menu on both the Eastern and Western disks.
3. What I do comment is the Font Desk is rather slow. I had to wait for 20 minutes to go the room check-in.

Conveniently located in Tsimshatsui Hong Kong
Friendly and helpful staff
8.3
The front counter staff are reaaly helpful and friendly.Even the concierge staff are knowledgeble and helpful to the tourist.
This hotel is actually located in the vibrant and exciting shopping and entertainment area. The Tsimshatsui MRT station that provide easy access to different directions of Hong Kong or even Mainland China is only a walking distance from this hotel.
The room is consider spacious for Hong Kong's room standard. The room is also clean and well kept with all the basic in-room amenities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hong Kong is a place with so many places of attractions such as Hong Kong Disneyland,Ocean Park, Victoria Peak, Madame Tussauds, Space Museum and many more. It is easy to reach all the places with Hong Kong most reliable public transportations.

Good Hotel with nice rooms but no proper lobby to sit down and relax. And the hotel only gives free internet in lobby for 15 mins per day which is very weird. Other hotels give free internet in lobby for 24 hrs

Good Hotel and Well Situated but...
Close to interesting areas. Nice hotel.
6.7
Good hotel but pricey! Comfortable bedrooms but...
WiFi available in the bedroom but way to expensive. Internet is free (15 minutes for every 24hour period) in the lobby area, but no seating spaces! Internet is a necessity, and being without WiFi can be a serious deterrent!
Close to interesting areas such as Nathan Road. TST MTR is close and easy to find a taxi. Traveling by bus is pleasant and easy!
Some of the staff were not that friendly and would not even bother to say hi or good morning! BUT... fortunately we came across two persons that changed things for us at the Hotel! There was from the concierge who was very friendly and helpful! There was also from the Tourist Desk who helped us out a lot! She gave us detailed/precise plans for places to visit, things to do, where to shop around and where to eat! She was just awesome! She was truthful and told us the good things and the not so good ones! If it was not for these two staff, we would have rated the service much lower!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Best to use the public transport and purchase an octopus card then have it refunded later! Taxi can be expensive but somehow convenient!
If going for Disneyland, a full day (from opening to closing) is the strict minimum!
