convenient location and the ease to travel to and from via public transportation

there is one weak point where at the time i was checking-in the front office asked me to upgrade. normally upgrade is for free-of-charge but he also told me that i had to pay for my upgrade, then that would be the upsell for him and not the upgrade.

The hotel is at good location with just 5-10mins walk to subway, mtr, etc. There are lots of shops and nice restaurants nearby. And the room is big.

Helpful staff and good sized rooms for Hong Kong

stayed for two nights. the hotel is well located - lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and it was very easy to get taxis. rooms were small, but a decent size for hk. i didn't try the breakfast which was included in my room rate, so cannot comment.
