Good location, clean and pleasant, friendly staff and service.
surrounding great for shopping and convinent transportation to many places. Near to railway station or trip to the mainland. the only negative remark on the hotel is the front office. Checking-in and out takes a bit of time. Hotel should consider adding more staff during the peak hours.

i have been going regularly to hk for business and always stay in this hotel, rooms are clean and pretty big for hong kong. the hotels offers a good continental breakfast which is a must when you often travel in asia.

stayed here a couple of times now. location is great for tsim sha tsui and nathan road. good restaurants nearby, access to mtr good.
