great location and the staff very helpfull and i like the bed because very big,can be used for 4 person in 1room,the location very near from mtr station and avenue stars also when the night is coming the place so beautiful in the morning we can try hongkong traditional breakfast around the hotel 7eleven also very near just walk around 1minute we can find it

I liked the hotel. It was clean. The service was great. The location was good. Also, the price was right. The only problem was it was cheaper to stay on Club level because the standard rooms had no free amenities. You had to pay for internet, breakfast and airport service. If you stayed on club level, those services were all included for less. Most of the hotel guest floors were club level.

Nothing exciting about this hotel other than the fact it is located in a very central tourist oriented area. In general, we had a pleasant experience . The check-in and check-out was a bit slow. Took us about 15 minutes in the line before we got to the counter. Check-out was a little faster. Overall, the rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel is slightly dated but everything was well kept.

Second visit and room not so large as the first time but adequate Internet is not free and is quite expensive Reception/check in/out still very poorly organised and slow elevators at reception area also quite slow better on otherside of lobby.

hotel has seen better days, maintenance is a little bit neglected. be patient at check-in, this takes time...
internet worked only after several requests at front desk, and then only for a short time.
might have been the only non-asian in the hotel at this visit.
