service they render is below average. i present my request for my room to have a queen size bed instead of two single beds since i was traveling alone. my request was lost in the communication. the waiting time at their reception, check in/out, is terribly long and there seem to be no supervisors attending that they would not be able improve.

Room is of average size. Internet is chargeable. Room is clean with fresh bedsheets. Daily mineral water provided. Friendly reception staff. Morning breakfast is good. The reception made effort to inform me about the on-going renovation. Friendly bell service.

The stay was great. The breakfast buffet was a feast. The hotel is conveniently located in a highly commercial area. On its sides are shops selling gadgets/electronics. Across it are clothing stores. There is also an establishment with restaurants within the vicinity. A park is located within 100m range from the hotel. Nathan Road and other main shopping areas are walking distance from the hotel. It is a nice place for a family vacation. The hotel had an iHome player for ipods. The kids loved it. :)
Shopping Tip:
If you wanna buy electronics, avoid shops along Nathan Road. We got scammed by a particular store almost across Park Lane. The store employees were selling a dlsr at a ridiculously low amount only to find out that in the end (after you've given the payment and signed the receipt with a contract), they will give a different model. Asking for your money back means 30% of your payment will go to the store. This is stipulated in the receipt you have signed.

We have a very good experience with the hotel reservation supervisor and staff who faciliate our helps in allocating nice rooms with great view and help us about the luggage handling with a reasonable fee. The concirege are also nice and help us handle 34 pieces of luggage in an efficient way. Thanks for both hotel reservation and concierge staff. You made my days!

i stay for two nights and everything was perfect.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
be careful with the taxi drivers that stay in the bottom line of the tram in victoria peak.
they always try to charge you more. sometimes 3 times more.
so be prepare, always ask the receipt and check with the car plate number it's on the receipt. if you're in the front seat take a picture of the license of the driver.
that's the easy way to have all the information if you need to go to the police station.

comfortable and convienent. best hotel around that area with good shopping around the hotel. mc donalds and supermarket is just around the corner. hotel is quite old but service is top notch. great variety of food to choose from with reasonable pricing around the hotel. great hotel for short stay in the city . also great view of the park with full facility available to guest. highly recomended.
