Considering its location which is near the most important area of the Hong Kong City. the Hotel rooms are very cosy. i really enjoyed the food and facilities during my short stay in the hotel. the service person are very cordial as well.

big rooms albeit a little old, good choice of restaurants and superb location. clean, good service and considerate staff. value for money. i had a pleasant stay and will definitely stay there again and recommend this to both business and leisure travellers.

Firstly this is the first Hong Kong hotel I have stayed in. However, given the room's retail price I was surprised at the small room size. Also, I did not expect to have to pay extra for internet access. Another issue was the lack of a safe box and the minimal hotel supplies in the bathroom. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and spoke English. Location is excellent. The next hotel was the Landmark in Guangzhou - a room with a view.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

hotel is a few minutes walk to the mtr station and very easy to find. hotel is also a few minutes walk to the harbour. place there is peaceful and relaxing. a good place to go back to have a nice relaxing rest after a long day of shopping and moving through crowds. like the environment and the friendly staff there! thumbs up!

most staffs are nice but some staffs are bad esp. those who stand in the lobby, they act like a mafia. no free wi-fi in room and wi-fi signal in lobby is not strength enough

Short time in hotel but staff always helpful. Size of room was a surprise, not a good surprise. Used to Chinese equivalent rating hotels so perhaps unfair comparison.

we booked three rooms for three nights for my family. the beds are very big so we could sleep with our 3 years old in the same and didn't need add an extra bed. the service from day one was very good, the staff was very helpful. the rooms are very well maintained.

Hotel is very nice setup and clean & tidy, a bit of walk from MTR station, but there are plenty of shopping around the hotel.
