Wonderful Hotel
Close to TST East station and Harbour!

Hotel was big enough for our family of four as the Superior could be upgraded to Deluxe for free in the deal we booked here. Even had a partial view of the harbour, but you just had to walk across the street to get the full view which is also a nice walk to the Avenue of the Stars.
Hotel was also close to the Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, which had a connecting escalator walkway which made walking to TST in half the time, only 5-10 minutes!
Only wish they had Free WiFi to make the stay complete as small hotels offer this now.
The staff was very helpful when the check-out line was full, they allowed us to use the club check-out as we had an urgent train to catch.

we like the great rate agoda got for us upgrade to the deluxe room with good size room, with sofa and desk. we had free apple from the concierge counter daily, which is very healthy. staff all are very helpful. suggest to have better pillows, there was only one pillow and not very comfortable. we love to have fluffy pillows that make you sleep better. only negative that they do not offer free wifi. if the hotel has free wifi they would have more happy clients. starbuck is nearby, buy a drink get 20 mins free wifi.
mtr entrance not too far, but need to walk about 10 mins underground to reach the mtr train to hong kong island locations .
Restaurant Tip:
There are many good restaurants around the hotel.
Hotel provides green apple a day, keep the doctor away! Thanks.

not exciting
First time come across in life where in no internet was available. second day made it available for me as my stay was extended in advance. but check in at peak hour was good. got delay in getting room over 2hrs.

Ok, dated hotel, rooms of a standard size,
Bathroom was clean, decent view of the square and a little bit of the harbour, nice location away from the busy-ness of Nathan Road.

Hotel was ok for a short stay. We were travelling on to Shenzhen and so was convenient to the Hung Hong station (by cab). If you want to stay away from the busy-ness of Nathan road with nice eateries around (eg Aussie steak house, deli france, subway etc) you might like to consider this hotel. Keep in mind though that the reception staff speak very little english and arriving at 11pm at night and being told there would be a "baby bag" for our 2 year old was a little disconcerting, we did end up with a cot. We also, stayed at the Nathan hotel and was upgraded - was awesome!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Need food? Walk around the back of the hotel, there's a supermarket with everything you might need for b/l/d.

we booked a non-smoking room and got upgraded from agoda promotion to be in deluxe but unfortunately when we checked the deluxe were all full and the only superior left was a smoking room so we made a little complain to the staff (which was very polite and helpful!) and she asked her manager to upgrade us to a president suite (on the top floor) with a fantastic harbour view ..... wld defo go bk there again

room has good space. service is not so good. a little bit far away from hk international convention center. the service of breakfast is bad. offer only one key for each room is a very poor idea. very inconvenient.

The location is only good if you let to walk. Always traffic jams when i need a taxi in or out of hotel.
The staffs are pleasant looking but quite slow when doing check in.
Waited for a room almost 11/2 hrs.
