perfect location
Location was perfect and breakfast was so good. but less equipments in bathroom. If you will visit this hotel, you should pack your clensing sets in your bag.

nice hotel in a good location
good location, comfortable, convenient
all good except the VERY SLOW check in process. it seems every guest in front of me takes 10 minutes to check in. there were 3 staff at the time and it still took me more than 15/20 minutes to check in even though there were on two people in front of me in the line.

No heater in the room!
Hongkong was having the coldest weather in the last decade when I arrived. To my horror, this hotel doesn't have any heater in the room at all and I couldn't that night. When I called and asked, they didn't even have portable heater to lend to in-house guests. So basically they didn't offer any other solutions.

失望! Disappointed!
1. No free WiFi: only two machines can go on wifi. My friend accidentally login to both his iPhone and iPad - this causes me unable to use wifi. I called the front desk, they refused to reset the two machines but insisted charged me. 2. No FirstAid: my finger got cut and I requested the frontdesk to give me some medicine, they don't have anything! 3. The equipment is old, tub water drains slowly.
