Passable hotel in Kowloon

I spent a night here in transit. All the hotels in HK are expensive (overpriced). This is a reasonable option at the lower-end of the spectrum. Hard to find much cheaper then that without really compromising on location or quality.
This hotel is an ok option in Kowloon. The elevators are really old, slow. But the rooms are fine, clean. Location is decent. Nothing memorable.

We had very good experience staying in Regal Kowloon, staffs are extremely helpful with ground arrangement. Halal food is accessible just around the corner, room service is excellent!

very expensive internet access from the room. wi fi only available in lobby and needs new password after a day. email requests beforehand regarding early check in took over 48 hours to receive a response. otherwise the room was as described on the web site and staff were very helpful. very useful to have free transfer from kowloon station to the hotel.

See the peak on HOng Kong island.

We booked in over the Christmas period and the hotel was extremely busy and staff (mainly front door porters) seemed a little bit preoccupied most of the time. Saying that, they were friendly and accommodating. The location of this place is great, surrounded by many restaurants and bars on the waterfront, with great views of Hong Kong island.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Buy an oyster card!
