A nice place to be. clean room. good location naer by MTR station and near the most beatiful roads. too long time to wait on the desk, only 2 persons to help. breakfast is ok, but expensive. we ware here the second time in one year because we ware in memory of a good place and a clean hotel. We will commend this place when you are looking for a place near the MTR station of Tsim Tsa Tsui, it is easy to get to the most special roads of HongKong. Regal Kowloon, a place to be!

the location is excillent and is reachable for all parts of the city. The place is surrounded by good food joints and excillent shopping locations.

Helpful Staff
Good Restaurants When I first arrived I was greeted by friendly staff. check in process was smooth and fast. Overall the hotel was a good value and well located. the rooms need to be updated. staff was helpful and friendly. However, the room service was not up to par. It took almost an hour to get my dinner delivered.

Location good, and the price ok the problem they do some constraction near from the hotel The Hotel is nice, clain and location good since near from Metro station and the area not too busy as other part of Mody road, the ppl lovley but they have short in the recption team since we wait more 10 mnt to make check out as 2 person only on the reception desk,

Complimentary shuttle service to and from airport!
Knowledgeable and helpful concierge.
Spacious hotel room. Hotel fascade was under renovation.
But it starts at 10am.
We were out by 9am daily and did not create any discomfort. The airport had a counter dedicated to Regal Hotels and it was easy to arrange shuttle to hotel which was complimentary to our surprise and delight!
The room was on a high floor, with spacious layout and comfortable setting for a family of 3.
After 4 nights at Regal, we wanted to proceed to Disney Hotel for last 2 nights in HK and the hotel concierge was very accomodating in arranging for transfer to Disneyland for FREE! We are happy with our stay and will recommend this hotel to our friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Short walk to Avenues of stars.

Really great location - near Tsim Sha Tsui with Nathan Street, Avenue of Stars, Star Ferry Terminal and MTR station within walking distance. Room clean, good amenities, reasonable places to eat nearby. Reception counter the same for those checking in andout, so expect long queues. Very few staff appear cheerful. Non-smoking room but smells of smoke from people smoking in rooms along the corridor. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the MTR station to travel to Hong Kong island, and within walking distance of the Star Ferry terminal for a ferry ride (HK2.50) to the island. The shopping areas around Nathan Sreet are also within walking distance, as are the Hong Kong Science Museum, Space Museum and Hong Kong Museum of Art. Apart from the less than cheerful reception staff and a non-smoking room that smells of cigarette smoke, we can certainly recommend this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the Star Ferry to Hong Kong island at night to see the lights, and a stroll along the Avenue of Stars.

Prime location in the Tsim Sha Tsui East area, close to the MTR and the KCR. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and facilities are good if a little tired but the hotel is carrying out a renovation programme. The in house restaurants are excellent and good value. The rooms and facilities are showing signs of wear but a renewal programme is in place. The hotel is ideally located in the Tsim Sha Tsui East area, which is very handy for both the MTR and the KCR. The area around the hotel has a lot of good shopping and is within easy walking distance to Nathan Road and Harbour City where you can buy everything you can dream of. There are many restaurants in the area as well as some good entertainment places.
Hotel Feature Tip : The Cake Shop produces excellent cakes and pastries and the prices are reduced on unsold products at 18:00 daily

Quick check in / check out process. Staffs are polite and prompt in delivering services. The hotel location is convenient, close to star walk, ferry terminal and shopping malls. A lot of scenic points nearby and good foods. It also close to the bank and ATM terminals. We were particularly like the curry fish ball at the nearby store which is one of the typical tip pits of HK.

Clean the room is also at good space. The water on the table, they only listed two are charged ( on the place where u wil check what are charged and what are not ) and the other two did not say anything, since we normally think there will be 2 bottom free bottle water, i open it and it charge me hkd 75.00 ( 35.00 each ). Very expensive and did not mark properly.
Th einternet is also a problem, i shut down the computer and thought it is cut temportary but it did not so i got charged full day for only use 30 minutes.
The room is clean, serive is ok, the main thing is the space in the room is better than other similar level hotels.

Excellent Kowloon location.
Easy airport transfers via train & bus.
Enjoyable bar for evening drinks. On the 1st stay I never requested a non smoking floor - I should have and knew to do so for the 2nd stay. Ive stayed here twice and will return. On the 1st stay I was in a superior room on a smoking floor which I could not get changed. On the second sdaty I booked a club room which was much smarter and generally felt cleaner, fresher and more modern.

1.Well defined and effiecent Hotel/Airport transfers.
2.Centrally located in Kowloon with a lot of shopping out lets 1. Inform the client that hotel to airport transfers require booking at the hotel. The situation can arise when you have not booked a sit on the bus and the bus is full. Secondly, I had extended my check-out time which i paid for as my flight was departing Hong Kong at mid-night.
But the cleaning staff started to claen the room while I was still in the room. This work should have waited until my check out. When I arrived at the Airport and was shown where to wait for the transfer bus to the hotel. The man at the Regal Hotels at the Airport was very friendly and told me to wait for the tranfer at 1505 hrs. At exactly 1505 hrs I was told that the transport was ready. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff had to verify the details of my credit cards which were used to pay for the accommodation. At one time when i lost the key to my room I asked the hotel cleaner to open my room, which she declined and asked me to go and speak to the front desk staff. This pleased me that the hotel was very security conscience.
Restaurant Tip : On my trip I broke my spectacles. Just in the next block there was an optician. Therefore I was able to replace them within 24hrs.

the room is clean and the size is big. there are rooms that allow the customers to enjoy the great view of Central Hong Kong. The ambience of hotel is also good and easily accessible to Tsim Sha Tsui in a walking distance. overall i am satisfied the hotel and happy to stay there.
