Room ok but need to update to more modern standard

Hotel need to update electric plugs to more traveler friendly. Worst part is hotel is charging fees for wifi access. Most all of my hotel stays has free wifi. With regal Kowloon hotel standard charging for wifi is a bit greedy. That alone would not make me want to stay there again

price is right, location is not too bad, and got free upgrade!

Luckily we got a free upgrade, and the upgrade was a huge room with a living area! Elevator has got to be the slowest in Hong Kong. Location is not too close to the MTR but the walk is only about 7 minutes. Overall, it was a nice stay without any great expectations.

It was a lovely 6 night stay.
The rooms are large and updated from when I have stayed there previously. There is plenty of room and the location of the hotel is ideal.
The staff were very helpful particularly when I had a medical emergency. The only criticism is the hard bed. I had to have a quilt under the sheet to feel comfortable.

Exc Promo Price noise under construction

Fairly ok. Got a better room & free internet after complaint to Assistant Mgr, Nelson about the noise of construction. Very accommodated manager.
