they do not have a good service when checking in

the staff is not good enough to manage our booking,they do not know how to deal with the sick guest incase in an emergency.they are not hospitable.i won't come again in that hotel neither to introduce to my friend.

It was a wonderful stay with my family

It was an extraordinarily wonderful stay. We did not expect the hotel to be that good for the price we paid. We were even upgraded to the suite since we were a family and they were running out of double rooms. The food at breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly. I feel I would go back another time to the hotel or at least recommend it to family and friends.

Comfortable stay with easy access transports
walking distance to MTR station, restaurants and shopping complex

booked a deluxe and superior room, yet deluxe room was not available thus replaced with an executive suite. Rooms were located at the 15th floor yet lift was only available until the 14th floor, so we had to climbed one floor up.

Great place
Convenient place, great restourant

Clean rooms, fast stuff, very good place (near Hung Hom MTR station or to A21 Airport bus stop and not far from Avenue of Stars). Only problem - no free WiFi in room and big price of WiFi. Free WiFi only in reception - but for limited time (15 min) each 12 hours.

Great hotel but no free wifi

This hotel is located at east Tsim Sha Tsui, walking distance to shopping belt of all the world super brand. Peninsular hotel, Harbour City and so many many outlets out there for you to explore. Never tire of walking because there are so many things to buy , to eat and to view. However, this hotel only provide free wifi at the lobby with only 15 minutes at every 24 hours. This is so set back. Airport in Hong Kong provide free wifw, and while the hotel just could not do a little bit more?

Best Location in Hongkong, good rooms
right in the center, near harbour, mtr station, and shopping areas

this hotel was absolutely good. bigger room & has a marble bathroom. we stayed for 2days/nights. location is very good,
walking distance to the shopping area in nathan road. train station just one block from the hotel abut 5 minutes walk. a few meters away from the avenue of stars. local food, bar, convenient stores, money ex changer are all around the hotel. hotel staffs are helpful. they have a tour center for people who wish to have the local tour.
