although we only had 2 people, the hotel gave us 3 beds out of the blue, and there were no chairs in the room for visitors so my friends needed to sit on the beds...

I lived in the room with two beds ,one is very large another one is okay.The room is quite good and quite big. But there is no view in kowloon city.it is pity ! There is a 7-11 near the hotel but quite small. You can walk 5 mins to buy other things in parkn'shop. Actuslly,it id a good place for you to take rest after shopping.

The location is not so great. One has to take a taxi to get anywhere. Hotel is average there is not much to say in terms of pro and cons. If you have something to do in the area this hotel is fine. If you want to check out Hong Kong stay on Hong Kong Island.

It is definitely value for money considering 4 in a room.
However, the hotel could improve on the furniture in the room as well as the toilet finishing.
Furniture like table, chair and sideboard look old - and I strongly recommend a fresh coat of paint over them.
The toilet bowl was choked twice during our stay and we had to use the cafeteria toilet while waiting for it to be fixed. Toilet floor and wall tiles look old and hairline cracks can be seen visibly.
