Above satisfactory hotel
Walking distance to town center. Only affordable hotel with quad bed rooms available while I was booking.

room area is big enough but smelled old. housekeeping should've turned on the aircon earlier. hotel is far from train station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Review taking the bus. Very convenient though at times confusing.

The location is very convenient, very easy to find different food nearby although midnight. The reservation staff calledPatrick was very kind to assist me and remember me even on the phone. The room was ok, not too small not so big but ok. However the shower needs to wait long time to get hot water and front drsk staff was not so good to provide late check out. They mention after 1pm need to pay many times.

We stayed here to play golf at Clearwater Bay. Good location. Close to eateries and restaurants.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close, about 10 mins walk, to the Kowloon Park, which is great for morning walks or jogs.

Lovely hotel to relax, with good service

I stayed here before. And obviously they remembered me and they upgraded me to a room which is of same room number to my last stay.
Overall, room is clean and tidy and spacious. I'd recommend people to stay in this hotel. Don't think it has pool or other facilities though. But the location, at Kowloon City, is good for dining

Do not live in this hotel. noises all night.
The bathroom drain pipe is share with the next door. i.e. when they flush, the stuff come to your toilet.
On top of there, there is a door connecting to the room next door and it can be unlock from either side - i.e. not safe at all.

The hotel was undergoing renovation when i was there. There is no free WiFi for this hotel. Everything has to pay.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not book this hotel if you need to use WiFi. They charge expensive for internet access as well.
