the hotel was under renovation. room was not that clean. the only good thing to say is that its location is good for dining at kowloon city. it is not convenient to travel to hotel though, as it's not near mtr station.
having said that, the hotel was willing to change room for us and i should give credit to that. this next room was cleaner and better.

Mature hotel with clean and neat rooms
quiet yet convenient location

Service was generally warm and efficient. Facilities were limited in both hardware and soft ware. Wish the present modernization will smoothly uplift their standard. Food delivery was not allowed and one had to go down to the lobby to get delivered food. The surroundings in Kowloon City worth an afternoon's walk.

lots of nice asian restaurant nearby, 24 hours running town.
but the hotel is not that nice since our friend tried to call the hotel to us but the staff seems not that helpful and sometimes quite rude.
room is big, a little bit old but very clean.
easy transportation to downtown and everywhere

over all the hotel are very good but the hotel is not near to any mrt station so need to take cab or walk about 10 minutes to get bus.

The hotel was abit old ... well i guess it was there because of the old airport ... the hotel in my opinion need to undergo some rennovation but overall it was a good sized room in Hong Kong Standard .

This will not be the best choice for people who goes to HK for shopping due to the location. However, this is the closest hotel(or the only hotel) in Kowloon City. Foods in Kowloon City is amazing!!

Very great room and concierge so accommodating
The people who work here are the best especially Peter! He's been very helpful with the directions. The rooms are big enough for us family with one child. We were 4 adults plus got a visitor also. The hotel's interior and exterior are all nice. Very clean hotel.

My first comment is the accessibility. Hotel is kind of too far and not so within reach to some hotspots in HK. You really have to ride either a bus or taxi. I suggest you take a bus on the opposite side of the road. If you would like to go to Mongkok or Nathan road take bus no. 9 or 1A as well as going back to the hotel. Take note that you have to use the subway to go to the bus stop and wait for the bus 9 or 1A which will cost you around 6.5HKD each person. Taxi is kind of expensive amounting to 40HKD from hotel to Mongkok.
If coming from the airport you must take the Cityflyer bus A22 which costs 39HKD. It will drop you off at Nga Tsin Wai Road then you have to walk going to the hotel in less than a minute or 2. Few steps only. Not too bad. Then vice versa if you will be departing from the hotel. Take the subway to the opposite side of the road and wait for A22 bus.
Hotel has wifi BUT you are allowed for only 15minutes each day. You're access will automatically stop after 15mins. Make sure to ready your update if you will post something on your social networking accounts.
No nearby restaurants in the hotel. McDonalds is located 3 or 4 streets away from the hotel. Once you're done eating and go back to the hotel, you'd feel hungry again coz its not too easy to walk on by.
On a positive note, there is a foreign exchange place right across the hotel which gives good enough rate. Since day 1 their rate is 7.55HKD. Not bad coz in the airport its 7.1HKD. So I'd go for the 7.55HKD right? But, if in any case you have no more HKD and you are in the middle of the city, go and exchange your money there. Exchange rate in the city is much higher- about 7.65HKD. All these are from USD to HKD.
