Nice hotel.

No.

The price is reasonable. The hotel is very convenient and easy accessible as it is located at Kowloon City. Also, there are many different styles of restaurant nearby. The room is big and cozy and the staff is patient and polite. However, the drainage needs to improve as the water drained away very slowly when showering.

Good staff and comfy room. Value for money

The toilet is relatively small.

I stayed in the corner of the hotel, with the view of old airport of HK. Access to different places is easy. Front desk and concierge staff are helpful. Many Thai restaurants in Kowloon City, good food and dessert. I received a proposal ring in the hotel room from my honey. The seafood buffet at the restaurant look great but we didn't make it to have a try

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Lots of nice restaurants (not expensive or elegant, but good food) and dessert places around the hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable room

Internet at HK$5.00/minute The annoying requirement of reserving money on my credit card for incidentals. Somewhat remote from Kowloon and HK. There was no "free" bottled water in the room.

It was an OK hotel, but I doubt I would stay there again. For me it was too far a way from the main places I had to go for business. The staff were ultra friendly but some of the hotel policies (see above) bewildered me. The little touches ie bottled water and reasonable Internet charges were missing though. Also, I don't like to stand in a bath for a shower, the bath didn't drain very quickly.

Travel tip : I did find an ATM that was in English, but that is not so hard in this area. Also, there is a 7-11 nearby where I charged my SIM card, but 7-11's are abound in HK, so nothing special really. I just slept there, had a couple of meals there and went elsewhere for meetings

this hotel is having newly renovation so all the decoration is very modern, include the room and bathroom is very clean and bright. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

no bathtub, bathroom transparant only using a cover.hotel location is very far from MTR station,no free WIFI.Near from highway, so a little bit noise.

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and everything going nice. I like the bed,its very comfortable, and also the bathroom its all covered only by glass, very modern. The hotel location is very far from the nearest MTR station so you have cross the street and take a bus to go to MTR station but if you want go any place, hongkong is easy to use any public transportation even far from the mtr station. It's help u to go around using public transportation on hongkong especially the bus, and don't forgot to take a map of hongkong, u can get it on tourist information after u arrive on hongkong airport.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : My suggestion is if you want stay in this hotel better u find out the bus route on http://www.nwstbus.com.hk/routes/routesearch.aspx?searchtype=1&intLangID=1&daytime=3.

- Clean - Comfortable - Spacious - Quiet - Easy access to city through public transport - Many eateries and grocery shops nearby

Sometimes, there are too many vehicles right outside the hotel. Making taxis difficult to enter for alighting passengers.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Regal Oriental Hotel very much. It was better than what we initially expected. The room service was great and the staff was courteous and friendly. They were helpful with questions. The door man at the front door was always ready to answer our questions and I feel that the service was really good. I will choose Regal Oriental Hotel for my next and future visits to Hongkong. Overall, everything was great.

Restaurant Tip : Nearby restaurants and eateries have good food.

Good staff and good breakfast. Very near at Kowloon Walled City Park. One ride to mong kok, where u can shop at ladies market.

This hotel has no swimming pool and the room has no view at all and the door is so difficult to open. I found small cockroach in our room. Not a good location.

I didn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice view in Hongkong. There's no view at all. Besides, its very far from the attractions of the city and there's no restaurant beside the hotel. It's not actually a good location for sightseeing. Though, satisfied for staff performance, they serve good breakfast and one ride to mong kok for shopping.

The hotel staffs are very helpful and willing to serve. The room is clean and more spacious than the hotel downtown. Hotel amenities meet the 4 stars standard. Overall we enjoy staying there.

The hotel is far from downtown and the nearest MTR station cost around 40 HKD by Taxi. There is no free shuttle bus from hotel to MTR station.

We stayed in Regal Oreintal for couple nights. Our kids enjoy the spacious room compare to our previous stays in HKT at the hotel downtown. The room rate is very reasonable. The hotel staffs are friendly and willing to help us. The hotel location is far from the MTR station we need to take Taxi twice a day, however there are many small shops around hotel, especially variety of food wthe reasonable price.

Restaurant Tip : Try Dimsum at small restaurant near the hotel and hot spicy thai food at Thai restaurants around there.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a lot bigger than other hotel rooms we have been in when we visited over the past few years.

It was slightly out of the way but the bus services were very good to the main tourist areas.

I found this hotel very clean. The staff were very helpful. The facilities were excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I visit Hong Kong frequently and would certainly stay there again. I also think it was good value for the price I paid. The room I had was a superior room which was excellent value.

Clean,staff very helpful.

A bit far away from the normal tourist ares

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful. As the hotel was a bit away from the tourist area of Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsiu the best way to get to these places was by bus. I visit Hong Kong every year to visit my son and would certainly stay at this hotel again.

The security of the hotel and the carpet of the hallway plus the 52"HD TV

The location is not so easy to get asscess to MTR.

The first impression of the hotel at the moment I walk in the third floor. You need to use your room card to get in the hallway first before you get in your room. It is a very nice room feature a 52"HD TV with a very comfortable bed and bed sheet and branket. I like very much the glass made design bathroom. Walk down the hotel, you will find lots of Thai food. The only thing that I feel the hassle is to go anywhere. I get usued to MTR rightr next to me so this is the negative point to the hotel other than that I would stay or recommend to someone for my next trip.

Travel tip : If you take a taxi from there, make sure he took the short route not the route with lots of traffic light.

On airport bus route general cleanliness

Odd shape room; smell of cig even on a non-smoking floor; slow hotel shuttle.

I thought my rate included internet but it turned out that internet charges is HK$180 per day. This is by far one of the most expensive rate. The hotel is on a one-way street and cab drivers liked to take you around a big circle instead of dropping at Prince Edward just to earn a few more bucks. If you like to walk around, you will be disappointed that the hotel is surrounded by many run-down shops and the eateris are of low hygiene standard. Have to walk farther to hunt for decent food. In summary, besides the price, there is nothing impressive to say about this 4-star hotel.

large room, clean

bathroom, bed, renovation

Not the most convenient location, but many good restaurants just a couple blocks away. Room is quite large and fairly clean. But please do not expect anything trendy or stylish even the hotel is newly renovated and the lobby does look stylish. The bed is not very comfortable.
