Rooms were great and so was location, free wireless when booked through AGODA

No Pool

The hotel had surprisingly very nice rooms, as it looks a bit older from the outside. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was helpful. I had no problem when using my hotel voucher from AGODA. The bar downstairs is good, but a bit smokey. They had a great 2 for 1 special though. Also the internet and wireless connection was very fast and reliable. The food from room service was a bit expensive but tasty. there are small restaurants nearby though.

Rooms very large for Oriental, hotel very pretty, nice lobby and facilities.

In a nice neighborhood, but a little far from train, have public shuttle to subway comes every 10 minutes.

Excellent value, rooms very large for oriental hotel. Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with good shopping and restaurants nearby, but not so crowded like kowloon/golden mile. Would definitely recommend at price and stay again.

Restaurant Tip : 2 blocks away is the Thai Food Restaurant Block, unbelievable quality Thai Restaurants for reasonable prices.

i regal club lounge (not the rooms)are cool, the customer service is awesome , good staff , plus they helped with the bags which were HEAVIER than the price of the i regal club rooms, lol

overpriced rooms, especially the i club rooms, they arent worth it skylounge - no views, no people, no atmosphere, and did i mention no people, oh and no corona!!! the breakfast buffet, they stole our breakfast eggs plus the security to get into the ilounge is like crazy security, outside the hotel is smelly with nothing to look at on either side, its bad , like really bad, but inside the i lounge its ok, but thats about it, so if you do stay here stay in the lounge, put a bed there and you good, but you might like the rooms if you like pics but its too small. the mirrors deceive you in the pics, that what we fell for, its like mirrors everywhere even on the ceiling, your call your money, your choice, oh and theres no food in the hotel and no one goes to the restaurant in there either.

i regal club lounge (not the rooms)are cool, the customer service is awesome , good staff , plus they helped with the bags which were HEAVIER than the price of the i regal club rooms.

Shopping Tip : Spend all day and night at Fesival walk mall it will help you forget you booked this hotel in the first place.

Big rooms, good view, and good decoration.

It's not near to metro. should take a little bit walk to bus station, if not taking a taxi.

I lived on 13/F, which is an interesting Chinese theme decorated room. It was big, including a dinner table with 4 chair, a sofa, a TV and a bed and many big mirrors. There are very Chinese ancient style picture and wall paper in the room. Beautiful lights also in Chinese style create romantic feel for the room. In all, it's comfortable and worth the price.

Shopping Tip : Go to the "A Festival" mall or "Habour City" nearby by taxi.

Tidy and decent looking place.

Location is not the greatest but just catch one of the buses to the nearest MTR should be fine.

The hotel is just average. It doesnt have anything great to write about and also anything bad to talk about too. Catching bus is easy to get to MTR and takes around 10 minutes.

everything!!!!!!

None

a great hotel with great hong kong local diners just around the corner. The walled garden of kowloon is just less than 5 minutes from the regal. tho the mtr or shopping malls are not within walking distance who cares when the hotel is this good? take a cab. doesn't cost much to get to the nearest mall. The staff could not be any friendlier...if the superior were any bigger i might be able to fool myself into thinking i were the queen of England!! the room i had was spacious, and all 5 of us yes u read correct, 5...FIVE, did not bump into each other at all. size of room does not reflect the usual expected of hong kong. STAY HERE!!! rates are very reasonable for the quality u get! i will definitely stay here again on my next trip as it won't burn a whole in my pockets making it possible for me to really indulge in a girls fav pastime..........SHOPPING.

Travel tip : use cabs to get around hong kong if with kids.......saves time and the cabbies are very very friendly and helpful.

Spacious room, friendly staff

Located next to a very run down neighbourhood, no free shuttle to nearby MTR station or TST.

No MTR station within walking distance nor any presentable shopping malls next to it, I still like Regal Oriental because it offers spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Afterall, one can get into the heart of the city easily by taking cab or mini-bus from Regal. They are available just at its door step.

close to the train station, not far from the HK Island

kind of old style with some facilities out of dated. Internet Fees are too high

It is a pleasant stay in Regal Oriental hotel with its convenient location close to the train station and easy access to Hong Kong Island. Its shuttle service is also good if you flights fall into the right schedule.

Nightlife Tip : it is safe for you to hang around even at late night

typical HK room quite small but adequate. The room was in new condition with free high speed internet. Great shuttle to the airport leaves at 6.45am and arrives at 7.50am on time

a 30+ HK$ ride to get to Nathan rd and the shopping areas. Some distance from the MTR.

I would not hesitate to stay there on my next trip in April. I arrived early from Dongguan and they upgraded me free of charge to a I Suite. Business floor with all the newspapers , coffee & refreshments 24 hours a day. The hotel is ultra clean and the buffet downstairs is expensive but first class. There is also an English pub playing all live premiership games from the UK. Buffet breakfast was included in the room. It would not be a location that I would stay for several days but overnight at the end of a trip it is ideal and does not dent the pocketbook .

Hotel Feature Tip : upgrade for HK$ 250 for a huge savings on extras. Free mini bar for 12 items, internet, shuttle, breakfast , fruit in room etc

Staff performance is at the satisfactory level.

Location is not convenient to walk around, room is very tidy and little uncomfortable

Hotel location is far away from the MTR statiion, room is small, tidy and uncomfortable. However, the staff performance is good, they have done a great job to service the client. Transportation is no problem as there are always some taxis in front of the hotel at all time.

Will definitely stay in this hotel again! Guest Rating: 7.7

A bit far from city center.

We booked this hotel with a special offer for free airport transfer. It's a really convenient service, especially, if you don't know well about HK.

Service and amenities not bad.

Slightly off shopping and sightseeing area.

It has been a nice stay for us, the hotel rooms and the overall services are not bad for the money we paid. The hotel is located at the old airport which is not close to shopping or sightseeing locations, however, it is only an easy 15-20 minutes bus ride to Mongkok where everything is available.

Restaurant Tip : There are a few nice Chinese and Thai restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.
