The room and hotel are all okay. You just don't get much in Hong Kong but the size of the room was sufficient. The location is away from the action but the value is decent - costs much more if you want a centrally located hotel. Staff were friendly overall. I did not like the fact that on the internet it said free wi fi in common areas - this is not true - you get a free 15 minutes per day in the lobby/common area and that is it. Very expensive to get internet in your room.

It was during our last stay in Hong Kong that we decided to book a room at Regal oriental. My fiance and I was elated that the hotel was clean and room was spacious. Nothing lack there. We even manage to get a late check-out after requesting it from a friendly staff who attended to us. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to HK.

It is not centally located so not too much around but there are still some local restaurants, a grocery store very close by. I don't like the fact that internet in the lobby is free for only 15 minutes - should not advertise it is free if they only give 15 minutes. Internet in the room works well but is not cheap - hotel really takes advantage of you in this regard. Overall the hotel was decent value for the money - if you want something more centrally located it will cost you a lot more.

I have used this hotel second time and I am happy to get upgraded. I love it for its location s it suits me for my work. And sometimes it is also cheaper that other in the same catagory..
