Convenience from airport you can take A41 and cost you $30HK in less than 45 minutes. Bus stop just right across the street. New City Plaza is a big mall that you can spend a day in shopping and eating only 2 bus stops away by taking bus #284.Hotel staff are nice and polite.
A little far from Mongkok and TST -the action places.Take bus #81C only 20 to 40 minutes you can get there. Noisy when you bumped into the tour from mainland China.
I will stay in this hotel again. Buy a octopus card at the airport for at least $100HK so you can travel around and buy stuff at any convenience stores all over HK.

- most customers are mainland Chinese with quite difference way of talking and discipline than westerners
- shuttle bus to train station is not frequent enough and not known
room is clean and big enough. But the telephone is not working. Hotel surrounding is nice and quiet as not too close to the noisy city. Shopping centre is just at the train station. 15 mins walk to train station. Can take the train to Taipo. Good for people who prefers relax stay.
