Good price at low season. Free broadband was not available for booking thru Agoda but free with complementary drinks if booked at Hotel's website, for the same price! Eventually provided with free broadband after complaint but then charged by 'mistake' and refund has to wait for many weeks!!

Spacious room with nice surrondings

value for money due to the good amenities, facilities and spacious room. walking distance to mrt station, and lots of restaurants with local food nearby. quiet and serene surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. can also go to the nearby restaurant famous for shatin chicken congee and roasted pigeon!

the room is big enough for a family with two adult and a child.the room is clean,and the room facilities are enough!i can use the iphone charger to recharge my iphone!but i don't like the position of the television,it is too hard to watch the tv!!!!and the channel is not enough for us, i want a J2 channel!!!thx~

although the location is not at shatin central, but it also convenience. there have a lot of restaurants there, like japanese, italian, chinese and have a bar there. the room was a little bit old style and the design of the bathroom is not good. and the bed is not conveneience as it was combined by two twin bed!!!

There have a lot of restaurant inside the hotel

The hotel was under renovation. Though they gave me a room with new setup and it was spacious neat and clean but the washroom was outdated. The view from Window was river side which was beautiful.
Nice price on Agoda. I enjoyed my stay
Restaurant Tip:
behind the hotel there were few street shops/restaurants which sell good sea food. a must try i would suggest

the location is off the central area.
1. there are shuttle bus to near mrt. check with the counter.
2. the room is comfortable but unfortunately wifi needs extra charges. the tv and bed are great.
Shopping Tip:
Have 7 eleven near by the Hotel, very confortable

Spacious hotel with shuttle to train station

Return many times, I still like to stay here. I enjoy taking the shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes, to take me to the train station. Or I could walk around the in the back to visit local eatary.
Shopping Tip:
Take the shuttle to the train station where there are three malls linked together and you could spend a whole day shopping there, then take the shuttle back to the hotel. It makes shopping very easy even though your hands are full, but your legs might be tired:)

Quite place to get away from the hustle and bustle

The hotel is quite unique in Hong Kong as one of a few which is located in a quite place by the river where you can get away from the busy Hong Kong life. If you do not want to be engulfed by people as soon as you step out of the front door then this is ideal. Transportation is good enough near the hotel with plenty of buses, minibuses, and taxis. A major shopping complex is within a 15 minute leisurely walk also where the train station is located. Besides the location, the rooms are newly refurbished (remember to request the new wing) and reasonably sized compared to similar hotels in Hong Kong.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located in quite a secluded place by the river in Shatin, but a 15 minute leisurely walk along the river will get you right in the thick of things at Shatin New Town Plaza where shops and restaurants are abundant, as well as being a transportation hub with buses and trains to almost anywhere in Hong Kong / Kowloon. Shatin is also a quick 15 minute train ride away from the Chinese border for a totally different experience.

The hotel is nice but they dont have wifi in the room if you book the room reservation at agoda and the only free shuttle they provided going to mtr only.
