A hotel with a reasonable price

The room located in 17/F has new renovation but the headroom is a little bit short. Feeling not so comfortable. The view facing the river is great and the environment is very silence. The bed is very soft but the size is too small.

pleasant stay, professional services and everyone was helpful from the moment i arrived. i would recommend this hotel if you have business meeting in shatin area or in shenzhen.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
dont miss the 10,000 Buddha temple near the hotel

we offered a 3 beds room wirh river view. the room is spacious and quiet. the hotel located near mtr shatin station and just take 2-3 mins by bus and 20 mins by walking. staffs are nice and helpful!

Nice hotel with lovely views

nice hotel with a great view. i was upgraded to a really nice room on the very top floor. the hotel is away from everything, however there are a few malls within walking distant. the hotel also has a regular shuttle bus service to the mtr station if you want to go to other parts of the city. i found the hotel very busy, with many many mainland chinese, thus the staff seemed overwhelmed, maybe this contributed to their unfriendliness. the free wifi at the lobby has a time limit with hours of operation (not 24 hours), they seem to shut of the free wifi at 10pm.

A very comfortable hotel

Room service is good.There are a lot of bus-stops just in front of the hotel; including the A41 route which goes to airport within one hour. Agoda provides a " Best Price Guarantee " and they mean it ---- they really keep their promise and refund to me within a couple of days.
Shopping Tip:
Bus No 284 can bring you to New Town Plaza (at city center) in 5 minutes only, there are a lot of shops and restaurants.There is a museum hereby( by taxi , it costs only about HK$ 25-30 )

regal riverside hotel is just about 10-15 minutes walk along the riverside to shatin city plaza, a comprehensive shopping mall and also to shatin railway which can travel to all areas by train or mtr.
the room service was responding promptly and delivered what we needed in a few minutes.
however, the air conditioner temperature control seemed not function properly even with the assistance of the room service, and ultimately, we got a quite cold night.

i have stay for 3 nights, everyday the room is clean and comfort.. i got a good service overall.. the hotel is near to the shopping mall, also the mtr station, so it's help us easily go to the city.. near the hotel, it's a lot of market..

The shuttle bus is very convenient. The bus driver is very polite and he introduced many nice resturants to us. The service of the reception is very good as well. However, the room is quite small but clean. Since we were living there during Chinese New Year, the price was a little bit expensive but still can be acceptable.
