Good shuttle bus service between hotel and airport. Close to mego shopping compound at Shatin Railway station. Country side quietness with city convenienceness. Excellent service as well.

the stay was great, and got a free upgrade to a bigger room! also for limited time i believe there is a promotion for the restaurants around the hotels! it was convinient since there is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to sha tin city center. the hotel also provide transportation to tsim sha zhui as well!

receptionists are friendly and they are able to communciate well in chinese and english. the hotel room is clean and surprisngly, big. worth the money !

It is quite far from where travelers usually ends up in HK, however if you're tired of small rooms and noisy nights of downtown hotels this is a place for you.
It's a great value for money, and it won't be boring if you have friends in Shatin area.I asked for a room on a renovated floors, and so far I'm very satisfied.
Restaurant Tip:
Has a zagat-rated dim sum place in 10 min. walking distance.

i was traveling with my family (1 elderly mother and 2 adult siblings) on a budget trip to hong kong.
the quad-sharing room allowed us to save money. despite having 4 people in 1 room, we still had room to move around. there's a big window view of the swimming pool. regal riverside rooms are spacious and not the typical hong kong cramp hotel room.
even though the hotel was not within walking distance to the mtr, the hotel provided free shuttle service every 20mins. there is also a public bus stop just infront of the hotel, which provides many buses to major areas in hong kong.
overall stay was pleasant.

loved the big room. we booked a triple share and the room was big enough to fit 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. toilet came with a bathtub. our room faced the river. the view was lovely and peaceful.
free shuttle every 20mins from hotel to mtr/ new town plaza shopping center. there is a also a public bus that brings you directly to tung chung in front of the hotel.
definitely will book this hotel on my next visit.

I arrive hotel at 1200 checking in, the hotel provided a room for me immediately. The room is spacious and it got a large bay window which I can over look the poolside at podium level. Hope next time can stay in the river view room enjoy ice cream with my love overlooking the Shing Mun River!

it's pretty good for my short stay in this hotel. As the location is pretty nice and it's really convienent for travellers to come over for a stay. There are several restaurants nearby the hotel. To conclude, the hotel is nice and the price is reasonable.
