My mum and I very much enjoyed out stay in Ragel Riverside Hotel, especially the transportation service as we did not have to use public transport and they have got bus for us to travel in HK.

It is overall a nice hotel. I lived on the highest floor which is newly renovated. The room is modern and clean but it is a bit small. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the Shatin railway station so it is quite convenient.

good location. the room is a bit small than i thought. the wash room is well designed and easy to use. the staff are nice. i enjoyed the stay and will consider for next trip to that area in the future. and will also recommend to my friends and relatives. good for its price in this area.

The rooms are BIG with very affordable price. Bed is comfy and room is very clean with BIG LCD tv and sofa. Easy check in and fast check out. Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. A bit far to the MTR station (about 10 minutes walk) but bus stops are just beside the hotel. Taking bus A41 to/from airport is so easy and cheap at only 23 HK$ per person. Internet is not free and is very expensive. Many restaurants in the hotel to choose from.

Very good service ， nice staff w smile n very helPful. Free upgrade to executive floor, comfortable bedroom with king size bed n room is large when compare w other similar price range hotel, the location is conveience as there are many restaurant around hotel n just 5 mins can drive to shatin new town plaza which can shop around, will visit again next time

The room was clean and tidy as expected. Location is a little far from city and train station, but there are shops and restaurants near by, staying there was quite convenient, if you don't plan to travel around the city much. One minor disappointment is that there is only 1 key card, not that convenient.

Stay there for three days. The room are beautifully decorated and spacious compared with the one I had in Tokyo (just return from Tokyo for a three days trips). Unfortunately, there are couple down size. 1) The constant overcrowd lobby. Lobby is always full of people. 2) The over price of internet. If only they make the internet more reasonable price and in line with other hotel. 3) Hotel staff are over work and that's why not so friendly.
Restaurant Tip:
Take the shuttle to Shatin Plaza, only 10 minutes away. (or pay HKD 20 for taxi) there are hundreds of restaurant and shopping and connect to TST, Central, all major route. The hotel should help more on this regard. See too many helpless soul in the hotel.

regal riverside hotel is a good place to spend the night either by yourself or with your company. room is clean and nicely furnished. quite and friendly environment will welcome you and make your staying enjoyable. i will definitely use this hotel again for my upcoming visit to hong kong.
the price is very good comparing with hk competition. we really liked the hotel and the staff. btw staff at the reception/front desk should be allowed to smile. grumpiness isn't a selling feature i think.
kudos to the hotel in overall.
