The hotel was under renovation. Though they gave me a room with new setup and it was spacious neat and clean but the washroom was outdated. The view from Window was river side which was beautiful.
Nice price on Agoda. I enjoyed my stay
Restaurant Tip:
behind the hotel there were few street shops/restaurants which sell good sea food. a must try i would suggest

the location is off the central area.
1. there are shuttle bus to near mrt. check with the counter.
2. the room is comfortable but unfortunately wifi needs extra charges. the tv and bed are great.

Have 7 eleven near by the Hotel, very confortable

Spacious hotel with shuttle to train station

Return many times, I still like to stay here. I enjoy taking the shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes, to take me to the train station. Or I could walk around the in the back to visit local eatary.
Shopping Tip:
Take the shuttle to the train station where there are three malls linked together and you could spend a whole day shopping there, then take the shuttle back to the hotel. It makes shopping very easy even though your hands are full, but your legs might be tired:)

Quite place to get away from the hustle and bustle

The hotel is quite unique in Hong Kong as one of a few which is located in a quite place by the river where you can get away from the busy Hong Kong life. If you do not want to be engulfed by people as soon as you step out of the front door then this is ideal. Transportation is good enough near the hotel with plenty of buses, minibuses, and taxis. A major shopping complex is within a 15 minute leisurely walk also where the train station is located. Besides the location, the rooms are newly refurbished (remember to request the new wing) and reasonably sized compared to similar hotels in Hong Kong.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is located in quite a secluded place by the river in Shatin, but a 15 minute leisurely walk along the river will get you right in the thick of things at Shatin New Town Plaza where shops and restaurants are abundant, as well as being a transportation hub with buses and trains to almost anywhere in Hong Kong / Kowloon. Shatin is also a quick 15 minute train ride away from the Chinese border for a totally different experience.

The hotel is nice but they dont have wifi in the room if you book the room reservation at agoda and the only free shuttle they provided going to mtr only.

I have enjoyed my stay at Regal Riverside Hotel.
Location was not in the center and far from the Subway Station but since Hotel provided free shuttle bus service to the Station every 20 min. it was pretty convenient.
Rooms were clean and comparatively big.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
willing to provide extra service with a smile, such as arranging taxi cab to airport at 5.30am, and provide free tokens for the laundry..

our 2 nights' stay was comfortable in room temperature, soft mattress, fast and attentive service.
Shopping Tip:
ask street pedestrians for local bus to go to closest subway mall for restaurants and shopping...

Rooms are big, locations of hotel is not better than Royal Park Shatin because it is far away from the nearest MTR, but it is make up by regular shuttle bus service (30mins). Hotels staffs not really friendly.
