the room is clean & modern. but to small for family with children. It located very close to restaurant & foodcourt, there are pizza resto & bakery in hotel.
We stayed in the non smoking floor.

We book a Deluxe room - upgrate to water front. The room we stay quite nice but a little small.
The hotel overall is OK, probably 3/4 star.
Location is far from Hongkong Centre/island but Hotel provide free bus services to Kowloon and Airport very frequently. Big shopping centre/Shatin MRT near by (5 minuts by free bus from hotel)

the hotel is not far from shatin mtr station. it may just takes you 15 mins to get there. the room is not very luxury but this 4-star hotel is comfortable enough for you to take a day break with your honey. compared with those that close to the city, you can save your money for a nice dinner with your love one. this hotel is value to money.

Nice hotel for family
quad room, shuttle bus to mtr station

we are a family with two children (22 & 17 years old) and booked a room with 4 beds. the room is large (remember we in hk) and clean. we used the free shuttle bus to mtr very often and find it convenient. the personnel is helpful. a very well organised hotel. we have tried the gym in the hotel. the equipments are unfortunately pretty old.

We stayed in 2 Quadruple room as there are 7 of us. I was a bit worry that the room in HongKong is usually quite small. but i was quite happy that the room is consider quite ok for 4 person to stay in. The only disadvantage they don't provide free wifi and the charges is quite high for usage of wifi.

we planned to stay around new territories so we chose shatin. surprisingly it's convenient to take public transport to kowloon and hk island. great price for 5 star hotel experience.
room is spacious and it's totally different from typical hk city hotels.
Travel tip:
Stay in Shatin only if you have certain knowledge about Hong Kong or else Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok or Causeway is still better for shoppers.

the hotel quite spacious with a reasonable price, it provide free airport transfer. although a bit far from city, it provide shuttle bus services to mrt station and the shopping mall. nearby the hotel got a famous fried pigeon. the services provided by hotel staff quite good and friendly. the environment quite clean and comfortable.
