Well, our room is great. We liked it and we enjoyed our stay.
The only thing that we didn't like is that they don't have free internet on their rooms. We had a hard time finding internet.

Every service for extra money!
A41 airport bus stops there

wifi and lan costs you hk dollars per day, which is extemely expensive. it also charges you 6 hk dollars for every local phone, which is actually free in many places. in some room, there is only adult tv provided, and of course, it charges...by the way, you can enjoy as good food in downtown for just half price...

Ok hotel room but slightly outdated
ok location, 10 min walk to shopping mall and mtr station

room, especially bathroom, is slight outdated. breakfast was average in hk hotel, but sometimes were crowded. ok location. 10 min walk to new city plaza shopping mall and mtr sha tin station. internet is very expensive. a night.

I was convinced by the front desk to upgrade to a nicer room and perks like free internet, free roundtrip shuttle to the airport, buffet breakfasts and access to drinks and food in the VIP lounge for an additional 200 USD. I also received vouchers for 50 HKD off one of their restaurants, free set lunch at the Japanese restaurant and 20% off their other restaurants and the spa.
I was bummed that the pool closed for the winter earlier in the month, as I specifically chose the hotel for the lovely looking pool :(
The first room I was given had only a shower so I asked for a tub and got one another room right away.
The carpet had some glaring stains by the couch which surprised me since the overall hotel upkeep was very good.

a remote hotel occupied mainly by chinese mainland

had an overall pleasant experience during the stay. however, during midnight at around 3am, electricity supply stops with all the light switch unable to be controlled and air con ceased with air flow. this is really unacceptable. and early in the morning, the mainland occupant next door made huge noises as he kept scolding his kid for over half an hour. this is really annoying and sadly the wall is too thin to block the noise.

Pleasant Hotel with good location

My stay at the Riverside Hotel was a pleasant one. The location is very nice and quiet. The Hotel provides free shuttle service from the Hotel to the City Centre and the railway station.The Hotel is facing the beautiful river. You can have a pleasant walk along the river in the morning. I regret that the Hotel charges 180 HKD per day for using the Internet .

the hotel offered nice surrounding for relax and comfortable room for rest.
the location of the hotel is good as it is just next to the shing mun river and access for bicycle trip is easy and can spend whole day in exploring the river and traditonal temples nearby.
there is also chance to taste the local food near by.

Good service but small rooms and bad soundproof.
Deliciouse pizza of the italian restaurant located in the fst floor is my favourate.

i just stay one night in regal riverside hotal, the warmhearted service impressed me a lot. i love the food there, especially the pizza. i saw there was a night club while i didn't enter, but i guess it must be nice, because lots people enjoy themselves there. if you want to shopping then i don't recommend this hotel, because it is far away from the shopping center.

Good restaurant and great chef!
