Comfortable Bed, inefficient check-in service
Comfortable bed, nice location by the River, lots of restaurants nearby

Insufficient manpower at the front desk, which took us almost queuing for over 30 mins to check-in. That made it unlikely a four stars hotel. Room is big yet there were stains on the bed sheet.........

Clean and spacious Hotel.

The room had a nice feel to it, much bigger then I expected with a pretty view of the river. Toilet was very comfy with plenty of space to move about, bed was clean and spacious as well. Easily accessible to nearby convenient stores and food outlets too. Overall very satisfied with such a bargain.

The hotel is good. The location of hotel is very convenient, it is near to shop place and subway station. The room of hotel is large,which is rare to HK. The service of hotel is good,too.

housekeeping messed up putting two bottles of lotion instead ofshower gel...
also.. one of the two free bottle of water was half filled....
they should be more careful before letting customers to check
in.

Great Location and reasonable pay
Near Sha Tin station with big shopping mall, have shuttle to the airport

the stay is wonderful and we only stay for 1 night, the room is clean and nice, staff also nice. Hotel facilities are good, many restaurants nearby the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Only take 10mins walk to Sha Tin Big shopping mall, The New Town Plaza.

It is a good hotel, and I enjoy it very much. The room of hotel is large,which is very attract to me. The service is good, I am satisfied with it. If the price can stable,it will be better.

Convinient buses just outside the hotel

The room is okay,but the shower room is a bit small. The location is a bit far from tsm sha tsui, but its very convenient to catch the bus to macau ferry terminal, east tsm sha tsui train station. Then you can walk to the tsm sha tsui for approximately 8 mins.The area Sha Tin is very quiet and the river is just located outside the hotel. New town plaza only 5 mins walking distence. But have to avoid holiday or busy period, because the service for check in is very slow. Addtionally, in winter time the poor is not open. They have hotel suttle bus which costs hk220 for single trip two people, but there is a public airport bus for only hk25 two people one way! But i forgot the route, try to go to information centre to ask!!
Hotel Feature Tip:
The shower room is very small, not recommendated for western travelers, or large size group.

First Class Hotel with First Class Facilities

First impression was not favourable as there was a long wait at check in desk.Subsequently most things were of the highest order.Staff were all pleasent and most helpful.Facilities were good although we were disappointed at not being able to use the outdoor pool.We had a small problem locating the free internet area and also with the connection but this was quickly resolved by a very efficient and helpful staff member.One other criticism was that our mattress was old with the springs most prominent,making it an uncomfortable nights sleep.If presented with the opportunity wewould have no hesitation in returning to this Hotel.

Clean and comfortable room

Location for us perfect for our purposes (not downtown, but easy access to public transport).
Large hotel with clean and modern room. Check in took a long time due to only two check-in desks available when we arrived (2pm). Very comfortable bed.
Was told we were upgrade to an executive room with river view.
Found it strange that our room rate included only breakfast for one person. Additional breakfast costs HKD180 per person (about 18 Euro), which is a little expensive for the buffet breakfast that was offered. Advise: book a rate without breakfast and use breakfast at the on site restaurant on the ground floor: better food and cheaper than the buffet (two adults can eat there for less than HKD180 total).
