Swimming pool available but closed for winter. Large shopping center nearby. Good location for day trip to China cause railway station is only one bus stop away. Good jogging and bike trail at doorstep. Polite and helpful reception and concierge staff. Eateries inside hotel and in nearby areas at reasonable prices

Great Location, but hotel staff not too helpful

The hotel was in a great location. Just one bus stop away from a huge shopping center and within walking distance of several restaurants and convenience stores. This was a plus because I was traveling with my 4 yr old and 1 yr old and I was able to get food and snacks easily.
Hotel staff was friendly but not too helpful. I had asked for directions on how to get to the nearby shopping center and one of the staff members apologized and told me there was no shopping center nearby. I'm not sure if it was some sort of language barrier... But, I ended up discovering the shopping center from another hotel guest.
My kids enjoyed the play area on the 3rd floor. I didn't read about this anywhere on the hotel site, so I just wanted to throw that out there.
Regal offers free internet for booking online ONLY through their website, so if you book on here (Agoda), you will have to pay for internet (LAN/Wifi) access.
We visited to watch the EAFF Qualifying Round 2 and it was not too far from the Mongkok and Hong Kong Stadiums.

Everything about this hotel is good. Clean, large rooms, beautiful view, well maintained, everything works. Asian hotel beds are hard, but this bed wasn't brutal. It was long enough that my feet didn't hang over the edge. Room service had excellent quality food. The prices weren't too terrible. The in-hotel Italian restaurant was outstanding. This is a popular and busy hotel, so check-in can take a while.

Great hotel with modern style

We're staying at 16th floor, and surprise with the hotel themes since we're out from lift and more happy to see the room, a modern style with mirrors and glasses everywhere. It's a small room but still comfortable for 2 persons. It's not suitable for children considering everywhere mirrors. There's bus stop right in front of the hotel which will take u to the nearest mtr station, about 5 mnts by bus. No internet at room, only available at biz center.

Too much for the price

i booked riverside because of a special promotion. i paid 780hkd for a night for a 2 nights stay. i tried to extended it for another night and was shocked by how much the hotel really charged. the room was spacious, however there were bugs in the shower, and the expensive internet service (180hkd) i got in addition to my room was chopping and slow. i stayed because it was close to work, but i wouldn't stay here if i was visiting hong kong for leisure.

Stayed in the room facing the river with spectacular view of the river. Again a decent size room.
The only negative point about this hotel is hard to get a taxi in the morning.

Without any smil when provided service to guest, the only words you can say is...

Nice newly furnished room on lower floor
Big room and comfortable bed

Inefficient check-in service and we needed to wait for an hour for the room. Nonetheless the room is newly furnished, with big comfortable bed. Bad reception of TV was quite annoying.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The riverside view at night is awesome! worth go take a walk after dinner

The room has enough space for me and my wife, and my kid. The bed is big so we can sleep with enough space. It would be even better if there is a bath tub for relaxation too. Generally it's good enough already.
