A really good location
We stayed here for 4 night and preferences this hotel to many in hk or kowloon especially the location to the river

I checked in your hotel and stay in rm15015 for 3 days 2 nights from 26/3 to 28/3/2016. On the day when I moved in, I noticed water from the christen keeps running to the toilet bowl. I informed the room cleaner when she passing by. She checked the problem and said she will asked the technican to replace. The matter remains for repair for the next 2 days after it was claimed repaired every day, with no improvement.

Disappointed. This hotel is not as good as it was.
I have stayed at the Regal Riverside many times, both for business and pleasure, I'm afraid, over recent times, standards have slipped there. It's not that there is anything that could not be put right fairly easily, but some rooms really need to be redecorated (ripped wallpaper etc.). The housekeeping service failed on details eg. they did not refill the tissue dispenser in the bathroom. The swimming pool was not open at any stage during our stay. I believe that the policy is to close the pool from December to March, but would have expected that they would have opened early due to the exceptionally early Easter. It seems to me that the Regal has put cost cutting above customer satisfaction. That would be Ok if it really differentiated itself on cost, but there are other hotels in Shatin which do not cost much more, but are, in my experience, significantly better on customer service now.
