it is big hotel nice staff,nice room comfortable in outside you can see the river and walk around,u see a lot of people doing there exercise and riding there bikes very clean in there no littering you they will bring you to jail if you do that,fresh air to walk around there...

The room was really clean and come with a full set of amenities for the light traveler. The room is spacious and the design is contemporary.
However, the position of the TV set is placed too high up and isn't comfortable for viewing.
Restaurant Tip:
There're quite a number of eateries and restaurants nearby and value for money too.

no shuttle bus service to the Sha Tin Railway Station
I sent 2 emails to 2 different email addresses (noted from their website :one to and one to their customer service email address)to ask about the shuttle bus service but I did not get any reply. I do not like the mirror on the ceiling above the bed

Nice hotel but the room is oddly designed and too small , staff is nice and prompt, the bathroom is transparent and the door does not close completely

Brilliant time, great hotel, well located.
Very helpful staff, offers shuttle buses to different destinations.

Brilliant time, great hotel, well located. Very helpful staff, in particular one of the reception staff (Ray) was extremely helpful. Hotel also offers shuttle buses to different destinations and has a good gym.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Request a room on the 08th floor or above to get better views of the river and what-not.

The hotel is near City pizza, the traffic is convenience. The room is big.

This hotel opereator seems to ignore any customer service requirement. Lines waiting to check in is too long due to the limited front desk staff. For a 1000+ room hotel having two personnel at front desk handling check in is unimaginable. Perhaps business is too good and they don't need to care on unhappy customers. Patrons of the hotel are too noisy, there are scenes of patrons in disposal slippers in the elevators, some view!
