Excellent hotel with ok service

i came to hotel around 8 pm with preference for one king-size bed nonsmoking room. since all these rooms were fully booked on that day, they upgrade me to a better room for free. the view is good and far away from the downtown, which is more relaxing and quiet.

i spend four days in Regal, the room service is great, and room is bigger than i thought. the air smells good. the only thing that bothers me is that the room is too close to each other and when people next door come back and go, it would disturb me.

The hotel is great and the bed is comfortable. Room are provided with bottles of water and a clean bathroom. Restaurants are also available with hotel, so that you don't need to go to other place to have your meal.

Convenient hotel

This was my second time to live this hotel, there are several things attract me, first is living price, can enjoy a four stars hotel, second is location, you can enjoy many foods around the hotel, third is view, you can take a walk in riverside and enjoy the Shatin scenery, but one thing made me unhappy that the wall of the room is dirty and getting black caused by the black shoes and the bathroom curtain was much dirty caused by the food sauce, I had complained to the room service that the keeper did not see the curtain and replied me that it was caused by the decayed metal mark and also no reserve curtain, would not change, if the keeper said right that the curtain will become dirty and dirty. funny hotel, because I did not want to argue and made me unhappy, so I forget it.

this is the second time that we chose this hotel cuz i found it indeed convenient to the shopping center. although it has two stations far from the railway station, it has frequent shuttle buses to the new city town plaza. besdies, the hotel offered a river view room for me that satified my need during this holiday.
Restaurant Tip:
people who stay in this hotel should consider the tea house in the New City Plaza cuz it is more cheaper than in GZ.

Lovely hotel with a great river view

Everything was alright except for the bathroom which carried an unpleasant odour, other than that, I was happy with the hotel
Restaurant Tip:
If you are to eat the foods in the hotel (which are so expansive in HKD terms!!!), you might as well take a walk around the hotel, there are many restaurants just around the corner, where you can find Chinese foods such as the BBQ porks, noodles & even hot pots.

Regal Riverside Hotel harbours good location in Shatin.The hotel has the shuttle bus to some basic places you wish to go,ie.New Town Plaza shopping mall in Shatin, Tsim Sha Tsui,etc.What's more,the service of hotel is really nice. Considering about the price item，Regel is a good place for business travel as well as the holidays.

Hotel is located in Shatin, NT. It is assessible to the Hong Kong/Luohu boarder by train. Hotel room is spacious, clean and value for money. One can travel to Kowloon by bus or train and transport is very convenient in Hong Kong so there is no problem even the Hotel is not in the heart of Kowloon. One can also find good food such as BBQ pork and roast pigeon just next to the Hotel.
