Very convenient, beautiful hotel
well decorated, friendly staff who speak english, and most of all, a free shuttle that takes you to the nearest MTR station every hour.

It's a bit far from Hong Kong Island, but the trains are so well connected that its really easy to get around, even without speaking Chinese. The hotel is 4 star, rooms are spacious and well decorated, views aren't much but we weren't there for the views so it was fine.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Make use of the hotel shuttle to the MTR station, don't bother with the buses. Although they stop outside the hotel, they're too complicated, especially for non-Chinese speakers.

Convenience location, quiet atmosphere

The location is convenience despite it's in New Territories. The room is big, comfortable, newly furnished, as if the photos. The price is value-for-money, too. There are few bus stops nearby, can go to Kowloon Tong MTR and mini-bus to Shatin KCR Station. Excellent jogging lane after dinner, surrounded by housing estates and neighbourhood locals.

Came with my associate. Nice hotel, but renovation is a bit old. Nevertheless it is well set up. It is close to where I need to do business, convenient enough for my purpose of stay this time. Will come back and stay here next time.

Go location but a bit faraway from the subway

it was a bit far to the new plaze shopping mall. and it takes five mins for taxi from the mtr station to hotel.
the room was clean and tidy, with comfort. Staff are nice and quick check-in.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Better to have taxi from the station if you carrying heavy luggage.

Great space in the room; great design; though the amenities seem to be old and musky (including the gym and pool area) Have to admit for the price it has a really spacious room; only downside is it didn't come with breakfast.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A little far from anything "busy"; but if you like a quiet space for the weekend, its a great pick.

Convenient location but lacked good coffee shops

When we arrived, we were taken to our room but were not happy as the room stunk of smoke and we had requested a non-smoking room. It also felt dark and dingy, but when we told them how we felt they did change us to a more suitable room that seemed like it had been renovated and so felt more clean and bright. The hotel was adequate, but lacked things like friendly customer service and a good coffee shop was not available in the vicinity. We probably would not stay there again, but overall it was a satisfactory experience.

Cyber room at good location

Guess the hotel has just gone through a new decoration. The room is clean and not small, with a cyber feel. And the location is very convenient which just take 5mins bus to MTR station. And there are lot of restaurants around the hotel which provide many good choice for lunch and dinner.
