No surprises, a well-rounded hotel
Clean, prompt service and big room

The hotel's location is not exactly convenient, but the room is spacious and everything is of quite good standard. No unpleasant surprises, which is a good thing. Near a major shopping centre so I got to shop a lot. For the rate I paid, this hotel met my expectations and nothing more, would recommend to anyone looking for an economical hotel stay that is not too bad.

Nice hotel with great amenities

the conditions of this hotel are great - the beds were nice and comfortable, and the rooms were not bad (you did not feel crammed like you would if you were downtown). the decorations and feel of the hotel was definitely very clean and modern. it does get very crowded here though, and when it does, reception is often overwhelmed and that might delay your check-in and check-out. no free wifi/internet in the rooms, but you can get a password for 2 hours of free wifi per day in the lobby.
this hotel is near the "other side" of shatin (the side on hong kong island, not near snoopy's world or the new town plaza). there are lots of restaurants and great areas to walk about in this area, and the hotel is near several buses (that go directly to central and the ferry terminals) as well as an mtr stop. this is definitely not downtown hong kong - if you are looking to get a better sense of that scene, i would suggest looking near kowloon or central (ish).

Big room but a bit far from town

room size is very good - big enough for the 4 of us. the only two things are: 1) not a very convenient location (a bus ride to causewaybay is about 1 hour), and 2) wifi costs hk$180 per day and requires a deposit.

Big spacious hotel with nice views

The services at the reception to a long time to process my check in. However the room was big, quiet and clean. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to the nearest shoping mall/mtr station. The disadvantage will be there is not much nightlife at the surrounding and the toilethas a rather lousy flushing system.

Got exactly what I requested

requested a queen or king bed and got it no problems. room was nice, clean. no check in or check out problems. my needs are simple. and they were met. i'm happy. (shockingly, some places manage to not be able to be as accommodating.)

location is good, the room is good enough for a family. it's very convenient to take the bus from the subway station to this hotel

I booked this room thru agoda but the hotel people told me that if i directly book thru hotel website they offers me to give a free airport pick up and drop. please give me a detailed report is agoda more expensive than the hotel websites direct booking even though we had a nice time in hotels and proper check in, why cant agoda give this same offer to us is it feasible for you to give the same offer thank you..prem

it's been a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. although the location cannot be considered the best, it offers pretty new and comfy rooms. i was upgraded to iclub for free.

Nice hotel
The location is very convinient for dining, shopping and going into the koolon or HK island

the hotel located in on riverside with a quite beautiful view. besides the resterants inside the hotel, there are lots of other choices around. there is bus stop 20 meters from the door of the hotel containing bus heading both for koloon, island or shatin station.
Shopping Tip:
Shatin plaza is the nearest shopping mall. It's quite big and contains a lot of brands.
