Very clean hotel, with good view of the river,

this is the second time to stay at this hotel, and i would stay again. the staff are very helpful and the only negative comment was that internet access and use is charged extra for use in the room. although free wifi is available in the lobby area. the train station is only a short taxi ride from the hotel.

even tho ist been bit a queue to check in but the front desk staff r nice enough to made me =)
what i can say is still a nice hotel which i recommend with no doubt (except 15floor). nice staff nice service just bit far to down town but yet good shopping n good dinning nearby!

weekend hotel that is good to access sai kung and the national park. would be pretty poor if you need access to central hong kong that is a long distance away. the downside is they have a major promotion to get people to book with them directly and if you come through agoda (or anyone else) you miss out on a range of services such as free internet. if you get a good room rate just make sure you don't buy anything else as this hotel is expensive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
get the 299 bus that stops right outside the hotel for a 20 minute drive through the national park to Sai Kung where there are great seafood restaurants

I like how they assist their customers. Very polite, but they don't smile and doesn't speak english well.

My stay is good. The room is big. However, I'm not sure if they have service from the airport to the hotel, because it's far you need a shuttle.

Advantage :
1. Room is big. Book for couple but can stay min 4 persons.
2. Good service. Provide 24 hours services.
3. Free shuttle bus to mtr train.
4. Near by 6-evelen & few restaurant.
5. Comfortable room with great design.
Disadvantage :
1. Location is quite far from city. 5 mins away from mtr train. If transit min use 20-25 mins to those famous place such as Causeway bay, Chong wan & mongkok & Tsim Sha Tsui.
2. Shuttle bus is only available from 9am to 10pm. So if you late, you can take bus no 86k (HK5.40/person) or taxi (HK30/way) back to hotel.
3. Wifi is chargoble. But if you pay Ot, you can get free transfer from hotel to airport.
No big deal on it. I will stay again for the hotel as price is reasonable & room is big & comfortable. Location is not big problem. If you stay long can choose this hotel. those hostel or small room can't stay long at all. Worth for it.
Nightlife Tip:
Lam Kwai Fong is the best place to chill during Friday & Saturday night. It's very happening on this 2 days. They have a lot of tourist over there & performance shows. It's only located at Chong Wan 中环。5 mins away from tye mtr train.

The hotel facilities are good. For example, it has many restaurants with different themes. There are also many restaurants in the surroundings at reasonable prices, from Thai to Vietnamese to Cantonese.
Restaurant Tip:
Check out the bar in the hotel. The prices are reasonable and it's very cozy.
