Big spacious hotel with nice views

The services at the reception to a long time to process my check in. However the room was big, quiet and clean. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to the nearest shoping mall/mtr station. The disadvantage will be there is not much nightlife at the surrounding and the toilethas a rather lousy flushing system.

requested a queen or king bed and got it no problems. room was nice, clean. no check in or check out problems. my needs are simple. and they were met. i'm happy. (shockingly, some places manage to not be able to be as accommodating.)

I booked this room thru agoda but the hotel people told me that if i directly book thru hotel website they offers me to give a free airport pick up and drop. please give me a detailed report is agoda more expensive than the hotel websites direct booking even though we had a nice time in hotels and proper check in, why cant agoda give this same offer to us is it feasible for you to give the same offer thank you..prem

it's been a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. although the location cannot be considered the best, it offers pretty new and comfy rooms. i was upgraded to iclub for free.

The location is very convinient for dining, shopping and going into the koolon or HK island

the hotel located in on riverside with a quite beautiful view. besides the resterants inside the hotel, there are lots of other choices around. there is bus stop 20 meters from the door of the hotel containing bus heading both for koloon, island or shatin station.
Shopping Tip:
Shatin plaza is the nearest shopping mall. It's quite big and contains a lot of brands.

Very clean hotel, with good view of the river,

this is the second time to stay at this hotel, and i would stay again. the staff are very helpful and the only negative comment was that internet access and use is charged extra for use in the room. although free wifi is available in the lobby area. the train station is only a short taxi ride from the hotel.

even tho ist been bit a queue to check in but the front desk staff r nice enough to made me =)
what i can say is still a nice hotel which i recommend with no doubt (except 15floor). nice staff nice service just bit far to down town but yet good shopping n good dinning nearby!
