It is a very nice hotel! It is very convenience! The hotel staff is very nice! You can swim. You can do gym in the hotel. Shopping mall is near the hotel. You can buy foods and drinks easily!

Good Hotel bit outside centre

We stayed for a week and used it as our "base" to revisit Hong Kong. We had a 3person superior room. As we only came literally to sleep in the room the space was enough for two adults and two children [rest f the day we were out and about]
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hong Kong Disney is well below expectations. The classics are missing and its small. Our 4yr daughter and 13 yr old son enjoyed only really the fire works and the Lion King show but were missing the princess stories, donald duck, mickey etc

Clean, comfortable and efficient staff.

The hotel is a little far away from the Shatin KCR station (a HKD 20 taxi ride) and a little too far to walk in hot or wet weather. But the quality of the rooms is, I think, a little bit better than what would normally be expected for a 4-star hotel.

The hotel location was excellent. The river at the front of the hotel is a good place to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. On top of that there is a good shopping malls just down the corner. The hotel also provide a very convenient bus services for the hotel guest to get around.

The hotel was nice from the lobby to the room but their service is so slow. We can 15 minutes before the check-in time and the receptionist told us to wait for some minutes because our room was not yet ready so we waited. After 30 mins of waiting, we went back to the receptionist to ask if we can check-in and she said the room is still not ready. We asked what time it would be ready and she said maybe about 3 pm but without the assurance that the room would be ready by then. The bottom line is we waited for so long that our itinerary for the trip was not followed. Even when checking out, we have to wait for some time. I guess they need to improve their service because it gives the hotel minus points despite it being a nice place.

The hotel is nice but the location is bit off from the city, I suggest people who comes the new territory for work that the hotel is very good choice for them and it's next to sha tin mall which is a nice shopping spot.
The location of the hotel is bit far from Hongkong island but the train station is just near the hotel and it's convenien to get to the city by train or bus.

I was needing nail polish remover at the middle of the night. I called the operator a couple of times. I thought they forgot about but after an hour someone knock my door and passed me a new nail polish remover and a nail clipper. They were really busy so couldn't bring them to me straightaway!
on the day we were leaving, we were carrying big luggages but didn't know what to catch the public transport. Without asking around, one of the manager just approached us and directed us to a shuttle which would carry us to our destination! I was really impressed with their kindness and excellent customer service
