Good services and large room

The room is large which I was not expected before. The services provided are very good. The only bad thing is the not good location, need to take taxi from mtr station

Actually I am living in hong long . Due to some reason I need to move to hotel a few days . I choose this hotel because it near my home and it near to shatian plaza which is the one of the famous plaza in hk . If you visit hong long , you should go there . Also it have good transportation to everywhere for example bus or train . If u feel hungry . You can find do many eats downstairs , they are cheap and taste good . Let me talk about the room , they are big , clean , and comfortable , the bed is do soft . I think maybe not suitable to everyone , but I like it . And there have a big tv . If you sleep at night , there is very quiet , and make me have a good dream . By the way , I always go buffet in this hotel , price is ok and have good service , if you choose this hotel , you will not disappointed .

the hotel room is clean. the room is big enough.
taxi is the most convenient travel method when
getting outside the hotel. although there are not
much travel method, it's close to the shatin
town centre, only ten minutes travel time( of course
by taxi. overall,the hotel is worth to stay
when comparing with the hotel price.

Excellent breakfast

i assume this hotel used to be a hilton, marriot, sheraton or something similar, but that it did not fullfill their standards after som years and they sold it off to the regal group. when that is said, the hotel is perfect for everyone not wanting to pay for a night. the lobby, pool, restaurants are fresh, while the rooms are a little worn down. however, for this price it's absolutely worth it (the breakfast itself was almost worth it!). it is located outside kowloon and down town, but it just take 5-10 minutes to the centre). there is also a free shuttle bus to the metro from the hotel every 20 minutes.

Booked a single room including breakfast so I wasn't expecting too much. Reception was friendly and efficient and the room was clean and functional and not too small I booked dinner on check-in and as per some of the previous reviewers service was slow given the restaurant wasn't busy.

Great Hotel for Hong Kong....Big Rooms

the hotel is not to far from the mtr...about a ten minute walk. the rooms are very spacious for hong kong. bathrooms are nice and there is plenty of restaurants available in the hotel. also the local restaurants around the hotel are very good.
Shopping Tip:
There is a nice mall not far from the hotel by Taxi.

The room is big and the soft is fit my son to sleep, so we can have good rest.
And the next morning, my son can swim in the pool.
Shopping Tip:
Walk about 10 minutes to the new town plaza.

This hotel is very nice, the service was excellent, i needed to change to a smoking room, and they proceeded the room change in 5 minutes.
It's convenient, a bus stop right down the street, restaurants and supermarket,
The room was amazing with beautifull view.

i always stayed in regal riverside every time i visited hong kong, and every time i stayed over, there are always a new surprises. during my stay around the labour day, i discovered there are more to the location than just close to the bus stop and the restaurants in the hotel. there are also a resident area behind the hotel and fill with local restaurants as well as other themed restaurant. there are also the udon restaurant and thai restaurant that i saw. furthermore, in the area, there are a lot of mini market that we can pick up some snacks from. it was a great area!

Lovely Hotel with fair price

the rooms are big and clean and staffs are friendly. althought the location is faraway from city centre, they have a shuttle bus service to sha tin mtr station every 20 minutes. also hotel is very near shopping mall new town plaza
