Great moment in this hotel

It is my second time to stay in this hotel. The location is good, just takes me 10 mins to go to the shopping mall and the river view is good too.
There were many good restaurants near by the hotel, and all of them are in valuable prices.

It's good that we can have a room on higher level with good river view. The room size is larger than we expect and it's been re-decorated, so the room is pretty new. There was construction during our stay but it's not too noisy, not bother too much. Overall service is quite good.

Just a normal experience for residence

Although there is river view in another side, the view my room is not so good (just facing other buildings). Anyway the room is quite big.
One disappointing thing is that they did not allow to have late check out (even for an hour) for customer who didn't book through their website.

Nice rooms but too many mainlanders
The rooms were clean and spacious. The price was reasonable. Free shuttle to MTR. Self laundry service on 3rd floor.

Too many loud people from China staying there. Cannot access internet on my iPad in the lobby after 8pm? Front desk staff are not very friendly. Fridge in room not very cold.
Restaurant Tip:
Don't eat in the hotel restaurants; there are a lot of interesting places to eat nearby that cater to English speaking people.

A very fascinating view at night

Actually this hotel is not near to the Centre of Shatin. If you want to go to the New Train Plaza and Shatin station, it takes you a 15-minutes walk. You may take a taxi or take the bus to get there. You can enjoy a fascinating night view if your room is facing the Shing Mun River. The service of the staff is nice and sincere. The room is clean and cozy and it is a very nice place to stay in. The hotel has provided a new promotion and it's quite attractive to me and I may book this hotel again in the future.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to New Town Plaza and you can enjoy shopping but it's very crowded especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

Great hotel for the price.
Clean and good size room for HK standard.

Spacious room, clean but nothing fancy. Free shuttle to the MTR. Good size swimming pool. The free buffet breakfast was okay but nothing out of the ordinary.
The hotel is a bit away from downtown HK.

Take shuttle bus from hotel to Metro, there are linkup with big shopping center
