Good Location, big rooms
Shuttle bus to airport to MTR and is quiet neigbourhood

breaffast was great, swimming pool refreshing, rooms are big and clean, good business hotel, but also for honeymooners. easy for traveling to shenzhen (china) you toake the shuttle to shatin then the go north with the mtr, at the border last stop you exit and then walk from hongkong to shenzhen and there you can take the mtr to downtown shenzehn. very easy and low budget and exciting. so staying there is not only nice and fun, but also easy starting point to go to china.

i was very happy with the hotel staff and the quality of the room at this regal property. the hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. when i checked i had asked for a queen bed and they were happy to do this for me. when i asked for help with directions and places to go any and all the staff did their best to help me and made it a great stay. the hotel is not close to the metro but they do have a free bus that takes you back and forth. truthfully i was happy with the hotel and happy with the area however for me i would have been better paying a little more for a hotel in the main areas and saving the time and money paid for the taxis and travel. but would i stay here again? yes. why? nice area, beautiful views, class hotel with good clean big rooms and great staff.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel has a few different places to eat and drink at. I was leaving for the airport one morning to meet a customer and I was able to pick up some food from the bakery area that had sandwiches to go and other things. This was convenient for me.

Great stay!
May be my expectation was low I found the hotel in the nice and quiet location, the staff extremely helpful and prompt, also very polite! I enjoyed the stay and found the hotel very comfortable and elegant. Love the parking space with the colorful floor.The window of my room had a extensive view of the river and, even at night I would enjoy the spectacular and colourful view!
Restaurant Tip:

I never tried a sea food nooddle soup so rich and so tasty as I had in the Cantonese style restaurant! The staff took the time to explain me and guide through the menu and finally I was presented with the soup, precisely what I was eager to eat and, I will never forget that bowl of noodle soup!My hat's off for the chef!

If you want to spend some time away from Hong Kong hassle - this is your place. Thei spa and swimming pool are great. Also, a walk or a jog along the river is lovely and the view on the hills is beautiful.
However, if you want to be in the city - prepare to spend there all day, the trip by shuttle is about 1 hour one way!
No free Internet connection - this is a big minus!
But don't miss their Canadian buffet!

bigger room if compare with kowloon and hongkong island, 15-20minutes to shatian railway station, if mtr is your first choice, i don;t think is a good location

I liked the clean and quiet environment of the location. The air was fresh unlike some of the city areas and it was also close to Shatin shopping centre. Next time I visit Hong Kong, I'm sure to revisit and recommend it to friends.

The hotel charged at less than is a highly value for money choice. It is located at a quiet residential area with restaurants nearby providing food and drinks at a reasonable price. Hotel provides free transport to and from a big shopping hall at some 10 mins drive away, which is also above a main mass rail station leading to almost any where in Hong Kong.Hotel room is clean and well equipped. Check-in and out formalities are efficient.

It is a nice hotel. The room is nice, neat and tidy. However, the waiting time for check in and check out is bit long. It is good to have a car parking space next to the hotel. It make my life easier when I drive to the hotel. I do think that the restaurant is nice as well. It will be excellent if there can be at least two hours of free parking granted to the hotel guests.

i had been staied in this hotel for long long ago, but in these days , i feel very unhappi, becuase the staff is not suitable to work and services us. They are very important!
