we arrived in hk feeling so tired from the morning flight and took the shuttle bus from the hotel next to the airport. purchased shuttle tickets at the airport's booths and the two guys over at the counter made us feel really welcomed. when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that one of our two rooms was not ready yet (that was like mid afternoon already)so we were had no choice but to move into one room first. we realised that the room was wrong (we wanted a double bed but they gave us two single beds). went down to request for a change in room; the lady serving us had such a terrible attitude and told us we would have to wait for a long time. in addition, she told us to hang in there because she wanted to chit chat with her colleague as if we dont understand cantonese. we went to another guy at the counter and fhe immediately had two rooms available. not sure if they were looking at different things or that the lady simply had a very bad attiture! never coming back here

the downside would definitely the internet connection. With such price at HK, it is considered as low price... anyway, i did enjoy a lot with my friends for the 4night stays there... not so good location, but it is quiet and public transports are available up to midnight 12am. COMFORTABLE STAY. would consider to back again!

The wifi is the worst thing. They only provide free wifi at lobby which is always crowded by guests. They prohibit hotel guests to use certain area of lobby even if it is crowded time which there is a very long queue for check in. The queue to contact reception is always very long. After check in, most of the time, you will not the room immediately. In my case, I arrived at 3 p.m. but they still asked me to wait for 1.5 hr to get the room. If you book the triple or quadruple room, you must be sure that there will be no bathroom problem. They have only one bathroom for the room of 3-4 persons. The flush power of the toilet is weak.
