Very good location. good service. It's a real 5 star hotel. The breakfast is very expensive. I wish the booking include the breakfast. I was very enjoying to stay this hotel. The location is fantastic, easy to go everywhere, especially for business. The service is good. The food is excellent. The room is very clean and comfort. Definitely, I'll stay this hotel next time if i am in HongKong and also recommend it to my friends.

Location is as good as it gets...especially at the price on Agoda ! Reception / lobby is a bit like a train station but it's big and quite efficient. Claims 5 stars on some sites but probably only a good 4 star The location , on the Harbour, is very good for Central and Wan Chai and for the Star ferry to Kowloon.Rooms are reasonably sized and I had a refurbed bathroom which was very good although my 2 companions didn't and had old bath tubs with shower and curtain etc. Club floor was expensive and probably not worth the upgrade on this occasion but was fine with the good views and wine and coffee on tap depending on the hour.The nibbles were ok too ! Overall a very well priced hotel given the location and the price of other hotels around the area.. and delivers a decent all round quality.

The hotel has supirior location, easy access and amazing view of the Harbour The location of the hotel near the fary makes it attractive. The staff were so helpful and the service was relatevely quick. The Price of the hotel was so resonable. The size of rooms compared to others within Hong Kong were resonable.

Location (just in the building of exibition center) Standart room is extremely small!! We came to Hong Kong to visit an exibition so choosing this hotel is the most proper choice according to price- location- quality measures. The hotel is not super new but for business trip is just a right choice.
Hotel Feature Tip : It's designed with very convenient tunnels through which u can directly come to an exhibition center

Beautifull Hotel, Great Location, Wonderfull Staff Absolutly nothing. The hotel is perfect The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. My room was amazing a wonderful view of the garden and a partial harbor view. The standard of cleanliness was very high. Location of hotel right next to star ferry terminal and walking distance from hennessy road. Highly recommend this hotel.

good location within walking distance to the star ferry and Lockhurt st. The best swimming pool and gym. It is close to the HK convention centre, so stayed here a few times for business trips to Hong Kong. Like the quietness or the guest rooms and beautiful harvour view. The gym and swimming pool are my favorites. Dont miss them!

Best feature of the hotel is the location. Weakness of the hotel is the furniture which is too old. Me and my wife had enjoyed staying at the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong. The best thing in this hotel is the location; it is very convenient to reach the hotel and to reach any where from the hotel.
The check in and check out procedures of the hotel are excellent.

the place has a great view, and is right beside the main exibiation center 10 min walk from subway, not very convient.
there's no 7-11 any where around. The room is really good for the price that I'm paying, the only thing i don't like about it is that its too far from anything that i know, as a tourist. The subway is 10 min away, and i coulnd't find any convinent store anywhere around. But there is a huge Exibiation center beside for those shows, very good if your doing business there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great Views.

Proximity To Convention Centre Possibly an addition of a bar/club The Hotel staff are very helpful and allowed us to check in very early. This is great after a 9hr flight. The upgraded rooms were very clean and the bathroom and enormous shower was very much welcomed. Service is available anytime without any fuss from housekeeoing to room service.
the hotle is next door to the convention centre which makes it ideal idf you attend a show while you are there.
Nightlife Tip : Wanchai district a short stroll, with plenty of dining available along with great drinking spots.

Location - very convenient to Wanchai, Central and Causeway Bay. Rooms slightly on small side. The hotel is in a great location. Very convenient for Central, Causeway Bay and Wanchai. We stayed there for the HK 7's rugby weekend and it was an ideal location. Rooms are slightly small but overall I would recommend it.

elegant design of lobby and guest room, personalised services and sincere care for coustomers This hotel is located in a busy traffic site of Hong Kong. The noise of traffic is loud during peak hours. I appreciated what the team has done for me. They do care for their customers in each details. From room service arrangement to privacy, every staff I met has done a good job in difference sector of the services. I am a picky customer but I am really happy with their service this time.

Nice buffet downstairs for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Near Central business area.

Near Wanchai ferry. TV's are old CRT ones in my room.
The hotel is getting on in appearance-especially the bathroom. I stayed in the Renaissance Harbour View for 6 nights in Dec. 2008. The staff were quite friendly and knowledgeable. I had a bit of an intermittent problem with the internet modem in my room and they had to send someone up to the room to fix it twice. The hotel is conveniently located near Central if you are staying for business and you can easily walk to the tube (MTR) to access the Hong Kong mass transit. Or, take the Wanchai ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui in the evening for a great cheap view of the harbor. The buffets were really good. I tried the Chinese and the Italian restaurants as well. They were very nice, but I found the Italian restaurant a bit expensive and their wine markup seem to be a bit high. The fitness center was good, even though you had to go to out onto the courtyard on the 7th floor and walk across to the fitness center located in the Hyatt.
Hotel Feature Tip : The treadmills in the fitness center are very popular, so go there early.

Conveniently located to the Exhibition Center and all forms of transport. Traveled to Hong Kong for a trade show at the Convention Center so wanted a hotel close by. Dont't agree with the price hikes that are timed with events but all do it. The room and food were great but staff responsiveness was slow at the front desk and resturants. Pay more at busy times then additional staff should be employed to cope.Overall it was a satisfactory stay.
