Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Room was great. Location is good. Staff very professional.
Expensive food, over expensive Internet connections
Why is it that 4* and above hotels want to rip off their customers? The in house internet deal is just not a reasonable option. Go down to the Shopping centre attached to the hotel and use the free Wifi (McDonalds will sell you a cheap coffee and tell you what to log on to). I would use in room Wifi/LAN connection if it was priced more realistically. I just feel unwelcome in such smart hotels where any optional extra is seriously over charged. This hotel should realise that we can walk out the door and without even going outside there are many eating options available in the New World shopping centre so why would we just accept their over-charging?
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You are right on the avenue of the stars so you can stroll along it any time of the day or night. It feels like you are in the centre of Hong Kong!

The hotel has good size rooms for hongkong. The bathroom marble is a nice touch, but it is kind of dark for putting on make up. The location is the best for getting to the walk of stars along the waterway. New easy underground walk way to Nathan road and shopping. I would stay here again.

Arena of Stars is just around the corner.
Room are small. Its quite a walking distance to the nearest MTR station.
For those who love to stay close to shopping centers & dining, this hotel may not be a good recommendation. Sogo is nearby, but other shopping centers are far away. Moreover, MTR station is quite a walking distance.
Nightlife is nothing over here.
Not a value for money hotel to recommend. Other choices are available for future consideration.
