Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.
We want you to pay the lowest possible rate for your room. If you have reserved a hotel room through Agoda, and then show us that you could book the same room, for the same dates, at a lower rate, that is viewable and bookable on another website, within 48 hours of booking your room with us, we will either match that rate or beat it. Very clean hotel with excellent facilities
Close to all amenities
Room service was excellent
Could negotiate checkout time
Good value for money buffet meals
A bit on the pricy side but internet deals are good value for money
Lounge bar was not used by most guests so atmosphere was lacking.
No free internet service provided
I decided to go up a level this time and booked the 18th floor business suite. This was a good choice as all my needs could be catered for on just one floor. The business centre was efficient and the staff very competent in their work.
The business lounge was great for early breakfast and dinner as well.I did not try the gym or swimming pool but both were top notch facilities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to the ferry terminal so go take a trip to Honk Kong Island
